Orangeville Honda

After having my 2018 Accord written off in January I started looking for a newer Accord Mid March. After two unsatisfactory visits at Toronto dealers my wife found a 2024 Accord Touring at Orangeville Honda. I called and spoke with Kim Wills. She mentioned the car was not available that day for viewing but assured me the next day was good. I mentioned that it had to be morning for me. Kim sent me a text at 8 am and we made an appointment for 10 am. Kim is warm, welcoming and a no pressure girl. I test drove the car and bought it.nnI appreciated that Orangeville Honda did not have higher pricing for cash deals that many other dealers have. I recently purchased my vehicle from Orangeville Honda. Shane was the first sales associate who helped me out. He was very polite, knowledgeable and patient with the process. Being that buying a car is always a bigger commitment, I appreciated that. Lori, in the finance dept, also helped us understand what we could do to ensure the best maintenance and coverage. Both were not pushy; the climate and environment of the whole dealership was very positive! It looks like the sales staff are getting a lot of love here. I would like to bring attention to the real superstars of Orangeville Honda and that is the Service Department staff. I am not from Orangeville and because I was so exasperated and frustrated dealing with my local dealers, I decided to drive to Orangeville to fix a tricky issue I was having with my CRV which I bought from them a while back. I could not believe the difference in service. I was amazed at how helpful, knowledgeable and friendly my service advisor Santena was. First of all, she gave me an estimate over the phone for what I thought my car's issue may be. That was a first for me. Others refused to do this. When I arrived at their shop they offered me a car rental to drive back home and back the next day.... who does that? My car is not new or worth very much yet I was treated like I owned a an NSX or a Prologue. I asked Santena when she was going to tell me I needed a wheel alignment or transmission fluid flush or tire rotation? She was baffled and said why? Do you think you need them? I said no it's just that the other dealers are so focused on upselling their services that they have botched up my actual repair issues. She said we don't do that here. How refreshing. Also, when my work order was completed, she sent me a video from the tech who worked on my car outlining what they did and why. Are you kidding me? She was surprised when I said I've never heard of this service. The last two service departments where I got my car serviced did not do this and they are both bigger than Orangeville Honda and with way more resources. I have to also give a shout out to Meghan who was my first contact and was very patient and helpful too. These two re-instilled my faith in Honda and thanks to their stellar service, I may have to look up my sales rep to upgrade my ride.

My wife and I were dealing with Jack. He was knowledgeable about the various models and helped us pick out a car that was not to small for our needs, and yet not unnecessarily too large. We ended up with a CRV AWD. Smaller than our old pilot and large enough to fit our current needs. The transaction was seamless. Jack, along with the general sales manager, Haley, went to great lengths to ensure our satisfaction. Very happy with our purchase.

From the moment I called and inquired about a specific vehicle, to the day they appraised my old car for good value also, to pick up day. I didn’t feel pressured, I didn’t feel overwhelmed. The process was extremely smooth. Jack was amazing, he did not waste any time, he would answer my emails promptly. I had a Honda family discount through a family member, and they still went above and beyond. Lori and Jack made my experience something they will never understand. I love my new car, I love how clean it was when I picked it up, I loved walking into the dealership and the ladies being happy and welcoming. I will never go to another dealership! This was the second time I’ve bought a car, and it was easy. I would recommend Jack if you don’t entirely know what you’re doing when you are looking to purchase a new vehicle!
