Orangeville Honda

I recently bought a used Honda CRV from Orangeville Honda and was really impressed with their customer service. It was nice to be able to research and test drive a vehicle without any high-pressure salesman getting in my face. Shane Lynch was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable but didn't pressure us for the sale. He also went above and beyond on the day my car was ready by arranging a shuttle to come and pick me up to finish the paperwork for the car. I would recommend Orangeville Honda and Shane if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Had a key fob emergency! Sent an online request for parts on Sunday as they were closed, Sean quickly responded with a quote the next morning with details of turn around time (couldn't get it until Wed). I was there before seeing the quote and Sean, McGyvered my key into working order (key and fob became separated and didn't work) then I drove to Brampton Classic Honda (this is where they get their keys from and cut). I was going to have Classic Honda program the keys as well, however, when they said it was going to be $112 just to program a key, on-top of the $70 key, I had a mini heart attack, as Orangeville Honda quoted $55 to program, key was $80, but since I went to Brampton to pick up the keys myself I got best of both deals!

The people were extremely helpful and understood my situation. They did everything they could to help me find the right car quickly. They helped me with the financing and explained the process for my insurance. Thank you very much Haley and Kim.

Great experience! Bought my new SUV here last month, and any issue I thought I seemed to have they took care of it quickly and professionally. Mike helped us every step of the way and had a great sense of humour! Would recommend if you’re looking to buy!

By far a dealership with superior customer service when looking to buy a car. In and out the the dealership communication with my Salesman Dave and the Business Office was A+!! Any question answered with a smile in person and on the phone. I would recommend any buyer to this dealership for their buying needs. When needed and the time comes I will rate the Service Department. Cheers
