I just got to pick up my new car. I'm so pleased with the service there. David Lambert helped me so much and got me the car and colour I wanted. Also because I didn't have a car he would pick me up when I needed to go in. If anyone need a car I'd go to Orangeville kia and get David Lambert to help you.

I am from Woodstock Ontario. My wife and I bought a new 2018 Sorento EX Turbo; Black Cherry through Ryan. I made a deal for my new Sorento by e-mail only. I never met Ryan in person until I showed up at the Orangeville dealership to pickup this vehicle to take home. I found the Orangeville Kia dealership easy to deal with (no hassle), honest, reliable, caring and understanding of our needs. They gave me fair trade value for my 2015 Ford Escape.  I also dealt with the dealerships financial professional named Scott. He made our financial transition free without stress. Scott also walked my wife and myself through all of the vehicles upgraded options in a caring attitude. These guys were fantastic. Usually buying a vehicle can be a hassle or very stressfull especially dealing with a bad salesperson. Not here. My wife and I felt no stress at all and we came home with a great vehicle at a fantastic price. I would definitely recommend the Orangeville Kia Dealership for any vehicle; new or old and I would not hesitate to buy there again.

Very good service...prices are not the cheapest but for the most part worth it. Less busy than Brampton so worth the drive.

We initially bought our vehicle sight unseen by email sounds crazy but we knew what we wanted and Orangeville Kia had by far the best price.. The process was smooth and pressure free. The price was hard to beat and we have been very happy with our 2016 Kia Sedona. For oil changes we do them locally but for our annual service we drive the 90 minutes to Orangeville Kia. There is no up selling or replacing parts unnecessarily Eric and Kimberly are both professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Orangeville Kia for both sales and service.

Absolutely useless parts and service department. No help at all when trying to get parts to do the work yourself. All they want is for you to bring your vehicle to them. And the service I have had done there was sub standard, they told me I had to pay for the rear brake job they ruined while replacing a rear wheel bearing. The last Kia I will ever own.
