What can I say but wow...!!! Worth the drive drive to Orangeville and MacMaster GMC. I've never experienced a more organized dealership and knowledgable sales staff and crew, Chad was awesome to deal with and very knowledgeable about features on the Yukon. I'd recommend MacMaster to anyone and I will continue to refer my friends and family to MacMaster this isn't my last vehicle in buying from them...

In the process of purchasing a used car from MacMaster via my salesperson Corey Wood. Complex transaction but Corey has been spectacular - always keeping me up to date, responding to my questions at all times, and being supportive and helpful at every level. It's rare to have a salesperson that feels like a friend, but Corey has earned my trust and I will recommend him and MacMaster to my friends and contacts. He's made this experience great, and I can only hope to have an opportunity to buy another car from him!

Erin and Krystal are the most helpful people I have met since looking for my first car. 2 Months ago, I purchase of a used 2016 Jeep for my daughter. The sale was quick and easy and very pleasant as our Sales Rep was Larry Soper 40+yrs experience. Then we found a serious issue with the vehicle. My heart stopped as our home mechanic described the issues that were found while changing the tires from summers to winters. The first thing I did, was call Larry. I was honestly expecting this to become a horrible dilemma. Nope ! The whole MacMaster team stood behind US, no questions asked, just answers on how and when they would make it right and they followed through, making everything right. We were immediately given a courtesy vehicle while our Jeep was being repaired and in the end, the Jeep was Delivered back to us. we live 250 km north of the dealership. I'm totally speechless on how well this was handled. I have never had an experience with a dealership that can compared to the excellent customer service we have received from Larry through the past couple of weeks. Its one thing to get great service when you are buying the car, that's expected. The test is when something goes wrong. Will they stand behind you? Larry and The Team did just that - No questions asked. They took ownership, fixed the issue, and I can't thank them enough!!! Mr. Preziuso, Mr. Brackett - Your Team Stepped Up ! My wife and I purchased a 2016 caravan used from McMaster. After driving it for 2 weeks we found a few things we weren't happy with. We figured this was going to be a headache and we were going to lose a bunch of money. Our salesman nick took great care of us and made sure we got every cent back and put it towards a new more reliable Chevy traverse. We will be using nick from McMaster for our next purchase. It is well worth the 2 hour drive to Orangeville.

I have dealt with Dan Durocher previously for 2 other vehicles and when purchasing the third vehicle I wanted to deal directly with Dan again. He has made every purchase easy and stress free. Will not hesitate to go back to Dan and MacMaster in the future!!
