If you’re looking for a place that will help you turn can’t into can - this is it!  The coaches genuinely care about every athlete that walks through the door, and support them wherever they are in their journey. I can’t believe the difference 6 months have made - I’ve lost weight, increased my strength and endurance, and am feeling more confident both inside and outside of the box. They weren’t kidding when they said, “egos are checked at the door” and “all fitness levels are welcome”.  It is an amazing atmosphere and the community really does feel like a family. If you’ve ever thought of trying CrossFit, heck, even if you haven’t I would highly recommend Northern Touch CrossFit.

This is my first crossfit experience and I absolutely love it! I did a complimentary session before officially joining. My experience so far has been amazing as the coaches are so motivating and encouraging. They help you reach your goals (if you have one) whether it's technique, form, or just doing a specific movement. The overall atmosphere of the box is great. The members always support one another and always motivate each other to finish a WOD! Erin and Darryl do an amazing job on coaching. They see the potential in every member and always challenge them to be the best version of themselves!

Whether you are new to crossfit or have years of experience under your belt, Northern Touch Crossfit is without a doubt the best place to be.  Erin and Darryl have done an amazing job at creating a positive, motivating and non judgemental environment with the best community who supports and encourages ALL members equally.  If you are looking to start crossfitting, this is the place to be!
