Express Fitness Scarborough- 24/7

This fitness is one of the best I have ever been. I am not a gym person, I have been to other gyms but this one stole my heart. The prices are flexible plus the gym is very clean and the machines are clean plus well maintained. The days I can't make it I miss it. Last the owner himself is very friendly.

Great gym. They have everything you need, and they are open every day 24 hours. The staff are happy and knowledgable. Great place to start your workout routines and come by anytime. I would highly recommend anyone that would rather not go to a chain but a loyal place.

After 4 days trial I joined here. Staff are friendly. Personal care is provided. Most important, you can discontinue any time if you don't want- for any reason.

Terrible experience at this gym. I am actually looking forward to when this gym shuts down so they can finally stop charging me! I’ve been trying to cancel for over 2 months now. Express fitness enough is enough please respond to my numerous emails to CANCEL my membership or answer your phone! Below is the long story of my experience. Equipment and facility is nice however this gym will give you one rate and charge you another and will increase the amount at random points at their will. Oh and forget about cancelling your membership... they will not answer calls or return any calls or emails. I signed up with this gym for $27 on a month to month term and a few months later was charged $33. When I brought this up to the manager, apparently the person that had signed me up was committing fraud by signing people up for a lower price and that they are taking the individual to court. I said okay and left. Now fast forward 1 year later I'm being charged 55$ and being charged by the gym still after looking to cancel for 2 months now!! Beyond frustrated with this gym, they don't answer emails or phone calls. ***UPDATE: The gym's Manager Sam reached out after this review and mentioned they did not have anyone in during the pandemic to respond back. Sam did give me a credit back and made my cancellation process easy once she reached out. Overall, I have bumped up my rating to a 3 star because the facility is nice and they did eventually correct my billing situation.

I have been working out for a few years now and I have never seen a better gym than this one. The entire facility is in great shape, changing rooms are sparkling clean and I really enjoy the private room for women. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, they were so flexible with my needs and they took time to accommodate me the best way possible. Shout out to John who did my body fat evaluation and he counted macros for me. Such a great and passionate guy! I love everything about this gym and I cannot wait to come back there and break some sweat :

Recommended by a friend. Great facility! Spacious, clean and well maintained. Good machines and equipment. Staff is courteous and helpful. Sammy does an amazing job! Unfortunately this gym Scarborough location is now permanently closed and out of business due to Covid and the crazy lockdown affecting businesses.

Express fitness is a 5 star gym. I just joined recently and I was really impressed with the staff and just the way how they made you feel like family. Cleanliness is top notch. Equipments are new and state of the art. The trainers are the best you'll ever find, and they are very knowledgeable about the body and nutrition. It's 24/7. There's a sauna. Zumba classes, etc etc. I'd definitely recommend anyone who's reading this to give them a try.

Great facility! Amazing staff! I tried this club on a 7 day pass and had to sign up. The gym is clean, equipment is still in new condition. New classes are being added. The new general manager constantly adds new equipment around the gym. Membership staff were very helpful and patient as I am new to the country.
