Why do companies prioritize profits over providing quality services? It’s not as if customers aren’t paying for memberships. This has been the worst visit I’ve ever had. The jacuzzi has essentially turned into a lukewarm bathtub—there’s barely any water pressure to help relax the muscles, and the water is so filthy it feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. As for the pool, the atmosphere is unbearable—people are sniffing loudly and shouting, making it anything but a relaxing experience. I would never join LA Fitness. Why do they falsely advertise recovery sections at certain locations, like Don Mills, when they don’t actually have them—yet they do in the U.S.? It’s misleading and disappointing.

Rude, disrespectful & egotistical aqua fit instructor EZEQUIEL , he sounds like he owned the whole pool. He does not allow people in class, which is accurate to second, if you show up 2-3 minutes before they're done, he fusses about your few minutes early arrival and gets pissy, how dare you take one of the spots in his class, a class that is never full.nnAqua fit group monopolize all the lanes during peak times, they’re entitled to get ready earlier, they get in the water before their time starts and leave a couple of minutes past their out time, they don't think it's disruptive to the lane swimmers but they yell at you if you show up a couple of minutes earlier before exclusive class ends. Furthermore, some long hair water walkers just break the clearly written gym pool rule of wearing swim caps.nnEqual rights! We pay for our gym membership. If there are some exclusive peak hours for aqua fit, excluding regular members from using the pool, then either water walkers should pay extra for preferential treatment or regular members should get reduced price due to limited access to the pool.

One of the cleanest LA Fitness locations I have ever been to.nThe place is spotless, a little outdated in terms of some of the machines

It's fine. There's generic Life Fitness Equipment nothing special. They only have hex plates and no platforms, so deadlifting here is a bad experience. The dumbbells are never organized properly. For around 45$ a month and close to home it's barely good enough for me.

Don’t try to enrol the personal training there they will robbed you and they just cared about there self ….. no sufficient trainer there…… even they charge me on 27 dec till now only get one session and i paid full money ….. specially don’t trust “Dennis” he is in sales he told us totally different when we go there and he is biggest lair double standard person ….. so please don’t even thing about it for personal training ….. there trainer don’t even know how to take measurement he does not know about how to govern diet and all if you really want to do gym this is not the place they just took your money…. No solution and they keep saying that you sing the contract that’s is no ethics
