LA Fitness

Yoga instructors Hayley and Christina are amazing, I go to this gym mostly because of them. The equipment is in good working conditions, however I DO recommend getting your own yoga mat if you are into classes. Shower and changing rooms are clean and you can always find an available locker. However, hours are inconvenient, gym closes too early especially on Sundays.

I have been working out at this club for 3 years. It is spotless and the equipment is always working. The staff and instructors are very good. I totally recommend this gym.

Friendly employees and clean environment BUT the guy who calls himself the GM is a scammer. He locked us in a contract without providing proper documents. He stopped returning my phone calls when I wanted to speak to him and the receptionist admitted that he tricks people by saying he is away when a customer tries to reach him. He even lied about a trainer who was transferred to another location. So I complained about him to the head office. Learned my lesson at a heavy price.

A bunch of scammers. Don't believe in whatever they say, get everything that was committed to you in writing. Their personal training is a complete waste of money. Don't sign up on a contract with them. The fitness Center and the equipment looks good though.

Today afternoon, I don't know the man in main desk who it is, sales or manager? The service is toooooooo bad!!!!! I don't have membership in this club, but definitely I really want to use the washroom, emergency!!! But that man very impolite and pompous, he said," you no cause to use the washroom" and after that never answer me!!!! I don't know whether this policy was made by fitness CEO or just executed by this rude guy! But I know, from now on, I never like fitness and I never recommend my friends to go fitness. It's too bad and inhumanity!!!!
