The staff are very friendly, and overall it’s a solid gym. However, the hygiene situation needs serious improvement. There is consistently no hand sanitizer available, and disinfectant products are often empty — especially in the women’s only section.nnThe current bottles also make it difficult to properly dispense product, which means members can’t effectively wipe down equipment. Paper towel stations frequently run out as well.nnFor a shared fitness space, consistent restocking of disinfectant and hand sanitizer should be a priority. Please consider switching to spray bottles. Aside from this ongoing issue, it’s a good facility with great staff.

It’s been two years almost and the roof isn’t fixed yet. Keeps leaking and causing dangerous situations to all those who are in the gym. Someone was about to get hurt today while the roof was falling down. What are you waiting for someone to get hurt and sue LA Fitness??? The staff also didn’t know how to handle this situation. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this LA Fitness Location at all

This gym is filthy and staff do not care- they just sit on their phones at the front desk. Unfortunately many members are also very inconsiderate and don’t clean up after themselves. Paper towels left on the floor, gum left behind and heavy weights left on machines for next user to put away. If these issues were dealt with, it would be a decent gym as equipment is good and there is good parking. New management is clearly needed…

If I could give this rating 0, I would. The aerobics room has always been a hazard zone and the club is doing nothing about it. It’s been like that for more than a year with water leaking, and parts of the ceiling falling down during class. The condition of this gym is unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this club.

The receptionists were very rude to my guest. Unacceptable behavior and unprovoked gang up 3 people cornering one person and make them feel little over something that their staff misinformed in the first place. Absolutely gross.
