Got a single month membership for 80$ prices in Canada are before tax, so add 13% as a tourist. Very well equipped. Very clean. Not busy at all. Staff are friendly. I've been here about 20 times and haven't observed any of the behaviors described in the negative reviews. On the contrary, the owner and receptionists were kind and polite. The gym is spacious and had all the equipment I needed. Equipment is in great condition.
I recently joined the gym, and I have to say, it's fantastic! The facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is really motivating. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making every visit a pleasure. The owner is also very approachable and genuinely cares about the members' experience. If you're looking for a great place to work out, I highly recommend this gym!
The personal training sessions with Mike are awesome! He’s super knowledgeable and really focuses on your individual goals. Mike creates a personalized workout plan that challenges you while keeping things fun. I felt so supported and motivated throughout the entire session. If you’re thinking about personal training, definitely give it a shot with him!
I have never been to a gym where the owner cares as much about his gym and its members. The gym is hands down the cleanest I've ever been to and the machines are in great condition. I just wished that some members would have better personal hygiene and all of them would follow the gym rules.
I’ve been a member of resistance fitness for 2 years now, I moved out to a different area and I still go there because this one is simply the best.nnThe owner cares a lot about the gym and there is rules to follow which they make the gym a better place.nThe gym is always clean and organized.nThe equipment is well maintained.nThe members are so nice, is really a safe space.nnWe all should support local businesses like this one!
