Been going to this gym for a few months now and my experience has absolutely amazing. The staff and lead trainers are very welcoming and motivating. At first I was a little nervous joining because I haven't join a fight gym before but after the first class, it surpassed my expectations. I was also impress on how clean and spacious the facility was. I highly recommend joining this gym for the classes and if you are looking to great alternative to lose weight and get back into shape! Also the kettle bell classes are GREAT! WOOO!

Triumph is one of the best Muay Thai gyms in the city! Justin (Owner) is great to work with and him and all of his staff are the real deal. They push you hard and kick your butt but are also really friendly and easy going. If you're looking for a place to get in shape and learn some serious Muay Thai then look no further!

I discovered Triumph Muay Thai after a friend told me about their free trial program. You can tell that the team at Triumph are passionate about what they do. The instructors have the ability to focus on each member’s personal development even in a classroom setting, and encourage you to push yourself past your comfort zone. The classes help improve your overall level of fitness while at the same time putting an emphasis on proper technique and self-awareness. For someone like myself who is new to Muay Thai, I appreciate the welcoming environment Justin and his team have cultivated which motivates me to get in the gym!

Has to be the best gym I've been to, from the friendly staff/instructors, to catered sessions for each individual and overall killer, sweaty but fun classes. Would highly recommend anyone to come in a try a free class because you will want more and more and more.

its great the instructors are very motivating and helpful. the classes are let me tell you intense within the first 3 months i lost about 30 pounds which was insane and i learnt how to control my emotions and not to get mad over nothing its very peaceful when you let your anger out. i would recomand anyone to try it out.
