GoodLife Fitness Centres

Being in the industry 24 years plus in Oz, I signed up. It's a great gym, good environment with a good range of machines. I signed up for another year recently. It's a pretty good mix of people. Music good. Far far far better than Cedarbrae where rap music has been playing now for 9 years. Except for the occasion respite that one is very uninspiring.

ALL REVIEWS ARE REAL. GREAT EASY 24 HOUR GYM LOCATION OVERLOOKING THE PARKING PLAZA. NEAR THE DVP 2 min AWAY! GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF. THE MOST BEST LOCATION FOR A 24 HOUR GYM.

I tend to jump to different locations. While staff are great at all Goodlife locations, this location in particular has a wide range of equipment, as well as lots of space and light. There is a No Frills nearby as well so you can run errands after your workout.

One of the better GoodLife locations out there, especially in Toronto. It's a massive complex with all the machines you could want in a gym and it always feels clean inside, which is SO important! Plenty of towels, lockers, parking spaces and it never gets too insanely busy. And as an added bonus, it's a good mix of people who go to this location - young & old, at all fitness levels. Not too many juice-bags or people who come in groups of 5+ to just stand around and socialize, taking up space unnecessarily...unlike other locations. 5/5!

I went to this gym for four or five years. After a personal trainer tried to pressure me into signing up for his program I cancelled my membership. I told him I couldn’t afford the $10,000 that I was being asked to pay for the program and he then told me I should take out a line of credit or re consider purchasing the car I had just bought. He also told me I can’t lose the weight I want on my own (15 pounds). I’m now at LA fitness paying way less and have access to ALL locations. Wouldnt recommend this gym to anyone , really poorly managed employees.
