I returned to the gym after 4.5 Years, I had stopped and had a hard time deciding to go back. When I finally took the leap of faith, I was so lucky to have Ajay, Kelly and Kim advise me to make this year about ME and thus far it has been the best few months for me. I absolutely LOVE having Kim as a personal trainer, friend and whether she know it or not a life coach! She keeps me pumped to get through the week and ensures that I am consistent and disciplined! Joining the gym has improved my health, mindset, family life and I've seen tremendous growth in myself in just 4 months. The Victoria Terrace Location staff are all great and so warm and welcoming. Thank you for helping me get back out here and helping me thrive with my health, business and life! Kim, Kelly and Team, you absolutely are amazing! -Maria

THIS IS A PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTICE.nThis gym has no cleaning staff and is a safety concern. Broken equipment along with equipment that has never been cleaned. Staff just point the finger but take no accountability or responsibility. Attached you will find pictures of broken equipment dirty equipment and also a few pictures of the sink in the men's room . I didn't go further into detail with my photos because of privacy but the filth continues throughout this establishment. Please see attached pictures.

I lost my keys on the floor tonight, Lyn and Joshua helped me a lot and got my keys back. They are absolutely the best. All staffs are always friendly and helpful. There are many great classes for workout with fun! This location is my favorite gym.

Goodlife Fitness Club is one of the best clubs around. The main reason is that it's always open for 24 hours a day. You can find three massage chairs and various cardio equipment around. This is my first time visiting this location and I had the best experience. I met Ashley, she was so friendly and welcoming! Joshua helped me to sign me up .Great experience.Anyone looking to join make sure go and ask for JOSHUA he will take care of you for everything. Great Club.
