This new location is stunning. After doing a demo here for my supplement company Alpha Performance Supplements, I got to meet a ton of members that love to be in the gym. Would highly recommend!

I love this location at any time even at its busiest, the women section is clean and you can have a nice workout. If the machine you want to use is already taken, you can find something else to do in the meantime. 
I've been on different days at different times and I never found it " overcrowded ". 
The girls at the front desk are always all smiles which is good. 
 This is really the best goodlife location I've been to. The Victoria Park and sheppard one is great too.

This location opened 3 months ago, the staff is very professional and willing to help when you have questions.. There are plenty of squat racks compared to other locations. The free weight area is very spacious, and there is also a turf for conditioning and sled pushes. There seems to be enough cardio machines as they are usually empty most of the time. The locker room and showers are always clean.. Overall great gym!

Large facilities with a big selection of machines that are pretty new, women's area is nice and there is lots of space in the change room. The parking lot can be busy and could use a few more spaces.

This gym is like a second home for me! I enjoy coming here everyday. There are lots of squat racks, free weights and cardio equipment. Staff are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need.
