Love this gym so much! The staffs are very friendly, the coach is very professional and encouraging. It’s usually hard for me to be consistent in my work outs but since I signed up for my first class I’ve been coming every week. The kickboxing class gives you a good sweat, highly recommended! Bonus, this place is super clean!

Can't recommend this gym enough! It's really friendly vibe, but also always down to business when it comes to the classes. The instructors are very informative, knowledgeable, and will give really good pointers to fix when you're having trouble. The Gym is always clean and modern, my favorite part is the workout area upstairs.

I’ve had an interest of attending classes but always thought it may be too intimidating for a beginner, however, the atmosphere at AST was very inviting and the instructors are patient and attentive. I’ve tried some group classes and personal training classes and both are a great enjoyable workout. I was able to quickly pick up on the techniques because the instructors are very clear and concise with their method of teaching. This gym is great for all age groups and I’d highly recommend giving it a try if you also had an interest in this type of workout and exercise.

Have been signed up for about 2 months and can’t recommend this place enough, with classes everyday it makes getting a workout in easy while learning self defence. My child has been going here for months and I see a huge improvement in his social skills and willingness to be more active. The coaches are all so kind and patient, and there’s also a lounge where you can watch your kids. I highly recommend you to bring your kids here!

Moved to Scarborough and was looking for BJJ gym for myself and my kids. Have experience training in US and few places in Toronto and I can tell that this place is top notch. Very strong kids program with a lot of achievements and the adults one as well. Plus management and coaches are super friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended Update after 3 years. Good environment to learn martial arts like kickboxing and BJJ. All the instructors are very kind and friendly. It’s not stressful to join the class having no previous experience at all. They have classes everyday from Monday to Friday. The place is newly renovated and is frequently sanitized. It is definitely worth a try.

In short great place to train, very clean and modern facility. Knowledgeable and helpful coaches. Highly recommend training here if you find yourself in Scarborough.
