Probably the rudest, worst customer service I have ever endured in my life. Bought a pair of shoes from here that completely tore and fell apart as I was lacing them up THE SECOND TIME I WORE THEM (cheap product!). Returned the shoes WITH the receipt within 10 days of purchase as their policy states full returns on products returned with a receipt 10 days after purchase. I did that. The cashier looked at me oddly before getting the manager, who made me wait there for 10 minutes before returning to tell me rather rudely that "nothing can be done". She tells me the shoes are too damaged and they can't be re-sold so she won't give me a refund or store credit. WTH? Im aware they are damaged that's why I'm returning them, because you sold me a bad product that fell apart the second time I wore them! But she wouldn't even let me talk, she just kept cutting me off and telling me to "take it up with vans" then constantly telling me to "have a nice day" in the rudest way possible as if to abruptly end the conversation and push me out the store, like this was the MANAGER behaving this way and essentially telling me to go F myself, I just paid $50 for their faulty product and they wont do a thing about it. I went back the next day and a different manager was dumbfounded by how they handled the situation and was very helpful giving me store credit. Not sure if it is because I tried to return the shoes half an hour before closing that they were so rude and unhelpful to me but it was an extremely frustrating experience. Cashier was rude, manager was rude - manager was a younger woman should have got her name.

Love the combination Winners and HomeSense. Makes it easy to check out clothes and things for your home at the same time.

Overpriced, cheaply-made knockoffs. I had some gift cards, spent hours looking for something worth buying, almost nothing of value in store. I left down $55.32, with two bras, a small package of makeup wipes, and a mortar and pestle from the Homesense. Regifted the rest of the credit.

Good selection of home and clothing. Staff is friendly and professional.
