Value Village

I frequent Value Village and this one is definitely the worst in terms of pricing. Some examples: I once found an Adidas bag (which I owned in another colour). It was in an obvious used condition and priced at $39.99 (and I bought mine brand new for $25 at Square One). A couple of days ago I was behind an older couple buying some clothes for their grandson. A hat didn't have a tag and someone was called to price it. The bald guy came and walked away with the hat, looked at it for a couple of seconds, and priced the USED baby hat at $9.99... I couldn't believe it. Even the cashier asked twice if they were sure they wanted it because the price was so high. This Value Village is NOT where you want to go if you're looking for deals. And it also doesn't help that it's always a mess.

It's a great treasure hunt! We tend to come out with great stuff worth far more than we paid for it. Even a low-wage schmuck like me sometimes wants to look like she works on King Street. My advice: come often and be choosy.

Has plenty of clothes and accessories(as well as some old electronics) at good price (if you are looking for old or used things)

Extremely dirty location, terrible selection. The staff seemed fairly kind yet the state that the store was is was the worst I've seen for a thrift store, and the shelves where fairly empty. I love going to stores like value village but I will not be returning to this one.

This location had a much larger selection then most of the other ones I've been to. Good Halloween items as well
