Reliable Parts

Good customer experience; friendly, know their stuff. Sells parts to repair pretty much any appliance you own: BBQ, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, plumbing, a/c, furnace filters, etc. They're probably main suppliers to small jobber resellers and tradespeople too. If they can't source it, then you're probably SOL.

Very helpful staff, this store has a wide selection including some discontinued parts that are very hard to find.

I was coming from a far distance and I called and no one answered 15 minutes before the store closed, I got there exactly at 4:58 with the open light on and the reliable part employee wouldn't let me in even before the store closed, was very rude and said come back the next day when I traveled very far and he didn't listen and said come back tomorrow Very rude I will never buy anything from such a store with very rude and selfish employees, didn't even have a minute as I needed one quick item. Not recommended

I went in on saturday at 1pm when they were closing. Waited in line to be served. I wanted a common dryer part. Sales guy knew what i wanted. Got it for me. I paid. I left.
