Probably one of the better Toyota dealerships. 

Price is reasonable compared to other dealerships, shuttle is great, and the jokes that the service receptionist tells gives a thumbs up!

Looses 1 star because they do not sell an oil filter wrench in the parts store anymore (Toyota decided to deny owners to change their own oil ... aftermarket part I am looking for thee).

-0.5 star for service manager not returning my calls (3) about a recent service that cost me $100 that didn't fix the problem...  (reduced to 0.5 ... a different one got in touch with me).

I bought a used Toyota highlander hybrid 2015 from Meadowvale Toyota.  Had a very unpleasant experience from the Management.  After only 3 months, I went back for an Oil Change and Season’s Tire change. While on my way home I noticed the oil change warning light and Tire pressure sensor indicator warning had popped up.  By the time I reached home multiple lights showed up on the dashboard.  (Hybrid System, PCS, warning light and Engine Light) Service was closed for the day and the next day it was closed due to good Friday.  So I went back to the dealership for service but after hours of waiting they just reset the error codes and asked me to come back if next time it happens again.

2 Weeks later same issue occurred and I was advised to pay 125+ tax for the diagnostic and parts and labour total of around $625.  After speaking with managers of all levels and only was able to get 10% on parts and diagnostic fee off.  I drove this vehicle for only 7000 km and bought it less then 4 months ago.

The General Manager was extremely rude and asked me to leave his office in front of his staff and told me to take my car somewhere else, and remove my vehicle from the property or will start charging me for parking and he doesn’t even want to deal with me; when I said that I will file a complaint as the car is not even 3 years old yet.  I had to take my car out without a repair and get it repaired from somewhere else.

After not being able to find the used vehicle I wanted in my town I looked online and found it at Meadowvale Toyota. I was assured of it's condition, that it was "Toyota Certified" and we made a deal. I was not disappointed. They picked me up at the train station and the car was in better condition than expected. A great deal and treated beyond my expectations. Thank-you!!

I come here for the regular maintenance of our two Camry's, both cars and Meadowvale Toyota services are always reliable. Last month I noticed that the engine covers in the bottom were loose and hanging maybe due to winter, so I drove in to MT without any appointment, and they looked into it immediately. Best of all they didn't charge me anything - free and we were on our way.

A decent place to purchase a car, if you get the right salesperson.  Service department staff are friendly and professional.  There was once the service salesperson made a small mistake by putting a different type of engine oil in the work order then I requested initially.  Although he tried to convince me that oil was still usable after the job was done, he pretty much immediately ask the tech guy flushing the oil immediately after I insisted.  Overall not bad.
