This dealership is top of the line in terms of customer service and honesty. They will work with you to get the best deal and car for you! I caused them some issues with paperwork and they were totally supportive and understanding all the way through. Now I'm enjoying my first new car and I've never felt better driving a car! They really make your visit worthwhile

A big thank you to Nick (the mechanic) for fixing my defroster and taking the time to explain the process! I totally appreciated him telling me what he did as I like to understand what is being done to my car. He also took the time to clean my inside windshield which was a mess from me wiping it to see out!  John (service advisor) was awesome, too! He took the time to explain why the job took as long as it did and once I understood the process I was able to appreciate the time involved. A bit of knowledge conveyed to the customer is so helpful!

Mississauga Kia was successful in changing over my winter tires to my all season tires.  They pointed out that I should consider replacing my front brakes and some other maintenance to keep in mind.  They were accepting when I decided to just stock with the tire exchange today.  When paying at the end, my total seemed a bit too high to the service person so he corrected the error.  I was ready to pay the extra $6 without knowing, so it was nice to see that honesty in action.

Mississauga Kia is the only place to buy and service a Kia. Gerry Den Boer made buying a car easy and stress free from start to end and very knowledgeable. The service team John Bajto and Joseph Park are above 5 star performance. They are honest and keep you up to date on everything your car needs. I never had such a pleasant experience at a dealership before. Amazing job, keep up the great work.

Customer service was great; service with a smile. Courtesy shuttle was quick. Service was done promptly. Service Special was delivered as advertised. Also liked the free coffee, juice and cookies ;)
