Erinwood Ford's Automall Clearance Center

Very pleased with my recent car-buying experience at the Automall Clearance Centre and with all my dealings with Joseph. There was no problem with me driving the car off of the lot and to my mechanic for an independent inspection. Mechanical concerns were dealt with fairly and at the end of the day, I was happy with the overall condition of the Pontiac G6 and with the final, negotiated price. And when I eventually picked the car up, it had been detailed and had four new tires on it! Also, a couple of days after pick-up, Joseph rescued me when the battery died! He had his mechanic double-check the electrical systems and dropped in a new battery. (Though, when I filled the gas tank - the "tire pressure" monitor waning light came back on ... and hasn't gone off yet!)

Emailed about a car because the website's inquiry form was broken. Never heard back so visited in person the next weekend because website said they were open. Had a note on the door saying they were closed for the Canada Day Long weekend :-( Not entirely their fault as I could have called ahead but disappointing experience nonetheless. Edit: Had a follow up call yesterday which was refreshing and shows they take customer service seriously. Would give them another shot in the future based on this.

Rude. Unknowledgable. And they almost lost my car ownership. I would never advise anyone to go here.

I bought a car from them just over 3 yrs ago. The car is a '04 and had 160 000 kms on it when I bought it and was certified. Not even a month after I had it, the alternator and the battery died. I'm still driving the car now but it has serious rust issues like it was sitting outside for a long time, over the yrs I have had to replace the muffler and the cadillac converter, the front and back shocks and now I need to replace spark plugs, not to mention the small things here and there. Its like as soon as I fix 1 thing, another has become an issue, Now I am looking to buy another car and I will not be going back to this place, even for a great deal on a certified car. They get the cheapest cars from the auction or ppls run down trade-ins and sell them off above going rate with only doing the bare minimum to make them road ready. My cars been a money pit and this place definitely makes me feel like I was taken advantage of. But they are satisfied as long as they can take your money that one time.

Hey there would just like to share my experience with automall clearance centre. Wow I first got a Dodge Journey 2010 I enjoyed it very much. Never had any isue with it at all for the amount time had it. Joe & Stewart helped me with my purchase. They both are so kind helpful. So as my family expanded I needed something much more bigger. So I decided to go pay Mr Stewart Honsberger a visit. So I explanded I need more room and bigger car. So he says ok well look over see what can do. Well low and behold I get a phone call the very next day. When can u both come in. Well I said asap so we did and what a surprise really Stewart seriously the best surprise ever so he set me up with a Ford Flex what a upgrade. Well took for test drive so Happy excited seriously still in shock I am driving this beauty. Well she is mine thanks to Stewart. Joe is the kindest soul to settle u in the car so helpful. Never had two care about a situation. I am so so happy 😁. Thanks 🙏 Both of u. Go there u will Love it.
