I bought a pre-owned 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid. Contacting Nadeen was extremely easy (especially considering I live 2 hours away). Nadeen came in on his day off to sell me the vehicle, which I thought showed tremendous customer service. He had everything already set up for a smooth transaction and even suggested a restaurant for my wife and I to try, which was a great choice! Upon driving the vehicle home there was an unforeseen issue with the car. Nadeen had everything taken care of even on his day off. He turned what could've been a nightmare into a good experience and had his service department take care of everything for me. I can understand that issues happen, but it's how you handle those issues is what I see. Nadeen is worthy of any of my business and if I need anything in the future I would make the 2 hour trip to deal with him again! Thanks for everything you helped with during this transaction Nadeen!

I bought a car from Chasis Auto in January. The staff were highly professional and helpful. Both Nadeem and Khursheed made sure that my experience of buying a used car was pleasurable. I found them both to be very honest in their dealings and knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. I would highly recommend Chasis Auto to anyone in the market looking to buy a used car.
