Have had a negative experience with the service department with Mercedes Benz on Mavis but this experience was Excellent. Earlier this week my car had an ABC malfunction so I dropped it off at the dealership for repair. I was quoted a price which was reasonable considering what the parts retailed for when I looked them up myself online. The repair process was supposed to take 2 days but ended up taking 3. I was expecting it to take 2 days and had to go somewhere on the 3rd day and I hadnt made other arrangements. So I spoke to my service advisor Chris Ryan who tried his best and managed to procure a car for me to rent. He was excellent in his communications with me and kept me up to date with any updates on the repair status. The car was ready today and is running great. If you do go for service at the Mercedes location on Mavis and Britannia then ask to see Chris. He was great!

Went to this location showroom to check out the new E class. I have read online that for the first time in Benz model line history the new E class is more advanced than the S class. I had specific questions about the car. I wanted to inquire further information about the car latest technology safety and driver assistance feature. I wanted to sit in the car and get a closer look and feel of the car. An older gentleman sales guy kept asking irrelevant questions trying to run the conversation his way and refuse to listen to what I am asking and what I would like, he said he can't do a test drive now because it's getting late. However, I didn't even ask for a test drive. I said " Can I see the car" I want to sit in the vehicle. The sales guy dragged me liked dead weight to his desk in the middle of the showroom. I kept telling him I would like to see the product not listen to the sales pitch. He didn’t have anything useful information to share with me about the vehicle or the standards options. He Wasted my time, as anyone can predict what would happen next. You get turned me off and I walked out. I checked out Tesla showroom, friendly respectful and knowledgeable team. Happiest customer ever since, much better vehicle. Benz Mississauga thanks for turning me down I really do mean it.

I went into Mississauga Mercedes today to buy parts, and I was greeted with smiles. The parts countermen were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He seemed to know my car very well. They also advised me on the extra parts I would need to complete the job properly (I hadn't thought of these), saved me an extra trip. They even helped me carry the parts out to my car (they were heavy). These guys went above and beyond for me. A++ Customer service Very deserving of two thumbs up

My husband just got his car here about 3 weeks ago. We had about 3 week wait for our car but it is definitely worth the wait. Amazing experience getting our car here. Everyone was professional and polite. The customer service is outstanding. Our sales adviser was Errol and our finance manager was Adam. Both were fantastic and patient with us. Communication from both was also amazing from text to call to email. This is our first time with Mercedes Benz and we highly recommend this location. Chris was our delivery specialist and he was was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time explaining all features and functions. Over all experience is beyond words and we love our GLC300. Thank you!

We am extremely disappointed and honouring his word escapes the sales manager, Joe Hakim of Heartland. we went a second time to purchase a Mercedes E400. Met with George (salesperson) and he spoke to his manager about my purchase. The manager stated if you’re serious about purchasing the car I will take off the price of the features you don’t want. We was hesitant but decide to make the deal but made a further counteroffer. However, I was prepared to purchase based on the price reduction offered by the sales manager. We was surprised when they got back to me saying the initial $5,300.00 that the sales manager said he would take off is not possible and he would only give $4,500.00. Wasted my time and ruined the experience of purchasing a new car. We had already called my son and told him that I had purchase the car for him. The next day, the sales manger called me and instead of apologizing and honoring his word made excuses that he was not aware of the negotiation that had taken place between me and George when he offered to reduce the price. Inexcusable for a sales manager to justify wasting my time and ruining my purchase experience by telling me he had an appointment to get to and did not know the specific of the negotiation between George and us. This is the second bad experience we have had at this dealership. Some three years ago the service was so substandard that we went to Audi and bought an R8. The manager should learn to honour his word. I have no confidence negotiating a price with this dealership. The least he should have done was call and honour his word.
