They should change the name of this place to 'Headache Honda'. This is a review of the dealership and not the car. Nothing but headaches with this dealership. Bought a brand new car (was also damaged in transport and took weeks for them to acknowledge and fix the issue) from this dealership and went in for servicing for the first time. Booked an appointment online and showed multiple confirmations, but when I got there I wasn't in their system. Waited 3 hours for an oil change, WITH AN APPOINTMENT (that they knew nothing about). Not only that, the $100.00 credit I was promised by my salesman was a load of B.S, even if it was on paper they don't honor it. Poor excuse for a Honda dealership, I would stay away as much as possible. Imagine going to a car dealership and having them toy with you and your time, absolutely no respect. The facility is nice and but some of the staff are incompetent and I mean that genuinely. 

Will definitely be reporting this experience to Honda Canada. Meadowvale Honda is disorganized, negligent and lacks the minimum level of professional attitude.

I am so happy that I selected Meadowvale Honda for my vehicle purchase.
Me Shah is highly professional and very helpful person. He answered all my questions and guided me very well.
Rachel is the best Financial services manager I ever met. She helped me a lot in getting the approval.
I strongly recommend Shah and Rachel to my family and friends.

I should have written this review a long time ago, Loy Fernandes a joy to work with! He was my sales/lease consultant.  Loy did a remarkable job keeping me happy and informed, the process was rather enjoyable.  Kevin Campbell, I believe to be the Financial services manager, What a guy! let me tell you, I know of some, and can only imagine the other hoops he jumped for that end of day smile! Both gentlemen wonderful to deal with!!   Thus far, no issues with the dealership!!

My service advisor- Michelle DeAndrade : today Very friendly and to the point excellent service advisor .She is the person who always advises me on my regular schedule service as well as when possible gives discounts and find coupons and points to add savings back into my pocket. What more you can ask ? I have recommended friends and families to purchase Honda indeed a great 👍 vehicle. I will come back and encourage everyone to come here. Best value and great friendly atmosphere Thank you 😊

We bought a car from this location. Mr. Mudassir Shah was our sales rep who helped us out. It was a wonderful experience dealing with this dealership, they have the most number of cars available in stock and staff is so polite and helpful. We got our car delivered on the exact date promised and it felt like home at this dealership. Will recommend everyone and will also get my next car from here.
