From the moment I stepped in the dealership to the moment I left, everyone was very kind and nice, including all the managers and staff. Even when I faced problems with my vehicle, Keith was eager to help me out and go out of his way to make sure that we were happy. The whole experience was super easy and Keith guided us through all the steps. He helped us look at many alternatives and really went above and beyond to help us buy our new car. When it came time to pick up the car, Keith was ready with the drill and all the tools required to change the licence plates (very professional). Overall, I have to give a big thanks to Team Chrysler and a massive thanks to Chrysler Keith!

Me and my boyfriend always come to the team for service on our Jeep we also bring my in laws Jeep as well ,
they are so helpful... our “ guy “ in the service department We Always Go See “Shane “ he’s absolutely amazing .. 

never once has he told us to get work done that we didn’t need ,even knowing we have the money for it ,were never taken advantage of .
he’s always straight up and will tell us “you don’t need to get that just yet” or at all, 
he always tells us when to come back and check on certain things,
But even coming back if it doesn’t need to be done yet he will be honest,
! If Work does need to be done ;”as long as it’s not a serious safety concern;”and it’s busy he is realistic with mechanics availability and will give us an option to make an appointment and come back another day , the car is never left just sitting there 
I have to say The level of customer service he has shown to us speaks volumes And I can’t thank him enough for the respect he’s given And his expertise.

when we go in “with a problem”or “just to check on the car It’s  always a pleasant experience,
Like going to visit a good friend ,Even if there’s bad news he can keep the situation feeling light enough that we don’t over panic ,
Ive mentioned his name in my review Because that’s who we see ,though everyone working there is super nice and also very friendly 
Anytime we drive in ,We always know we will be taken good care Of.

Inside they have a nice open area waiting room but if they ever need to keep Your car over night they offer great deals on rentals , they also offer to drive you to pick it up or if they just have your car for the day they will make sure you can still get to work and back or wherever  you were going.plus They’re Always keeping  you updated

If You Have Any problems ,your worried about your car or worried your being told you need things done that you don’t ...take it to team Chrysler...5 stars For Shane And The Entire Team.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from TEAM Chrysler.  It was the best car buying experience that I've ever had.  That was due in large part to the service I received from Les Plant.  He was an absolute pleasure to deal with.  He helped secure us a price that was lower than any other dealership in the GTA.  He went above and beyond to  make sure I got upgrades to the vehicle that were important to me at no extra cost.  Most importantly, he was prompt with responses to my inquiries and he never said no, he just created solutions. Les was great to deal with from the minute we walked through the door, up to the day of delivery when he took an hour walking us through the vehicle and setting everything up.  I strongly recommend the dealership if you're looking to buy a car.  Ask for Les Plant, you'll be glad you did!

I have to say, walking into the dealership to buy my first car completely on my own was a scary thought however all my doubts were put to rest when I went in and talked to Rob. I told him what I was looking for and my budget and after he understood my needs, he found the perfect car for me! I love my Dodge Dart and I am very happy I came to this dealership as it was the most professional out of all the other car dealerships I went to. Great staff who are all very helpful and friendly and I would like to add that Rob is very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. He was able to answer every question I had and if he did not know, he used his resources to find the answer for me.

I honestly had a great experience from start to finish, not only did Rob help with the car but he made sure I had my plates and sticker ready for pick up and also helped me find cheap insurance, so after everything was said and done my car was ready and on the road under my budget! I feel very confident saying I got the most bang for my buck.

THANK YOU Team Chrysler and THANK YOU ROB! You made the biggest purchase of my life a very positive experience!!! Now if you guys could help me buy my house I'll be set!!!!
