We had the absolute pleasure of working with Leonardo “Leo” Fonseca Campos who is a product advisor at Mississauga Honda at Erin Mills Auto Centre. I rarely write reviews as most experiences are not review worthy. As a car professional , he definitely stands out and is “top rate “in his field. His people skills are outstanding, his communication style and follow up are A+++ and his client care is excellent! His service and knowledge is extraordinary. We were so impressed that we decided to work with him until the right choice Honda came along for us to buy. I know that is rare today as there is not much loyalty with consumers but we wanted a positive experience , a good vehicle , a professional we could trust and we definitely made the right decision. We couldn’t be happier with the experience we received at Mississauga Honda. We had done a lot of research and test drove multiple vans and the service we received from the product advisor Chiazor was superior from the rest of the meetings we had at other dealerships.nHe never pressured us but instead answered all the questions we had sometimes more then once and never lost patience. When we decided to move forward with the purchase he was able to help us get a deal that we felt comfortable with. Turn around time for pick up was quick. Upon pick up he encouraged us to bring our children so everyone could be apart of the fun. Dealership was detailed with explaining all the features and making sure we felt comfortable before driving away in our new Odyssey.nDealership is clean, and spacious and everyone was welcoming and made us feel very comfortable.nThank you Mississauga Honda!
Lack of Transparency in Honda Pilot Warranty TermsnnI purchased a Honda Pilot along with an extended warranty, expecting the level of service and transparency that Honda is known for. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating due to unclear warranty terms that were not properly explained during the purchase process.nnI paid more than $2500 for a 60-month/100,000 KM extended warranty, assuming it would start from the date of purchase. However, I was later informed that the warranty coverage is tied to the vehicle’s original in-service date, leaving me with significantly less coverage than I anticipated—just three year. This critical detail was not disclosed clearly, which feels deceptive.nnWhen I reached out to address this issue, I was directed to the fine print of the contract. While the information might technically be there, it should have been explicitly communicated during the sale process. Customers shouldn’t have to dig through contracts to understand what they are paying thousands of dollars for.nnI expected better from Honda and its dealerships, especially when making such a substantial investment. This experience has left me questioning the dealership’s commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.nnIf you’re considering an extended warranty for your Honda, I strongly recommend you ask specific questions and ensure every term is clarified before signing. Transparency should be a priority, and I hope Honda takes steps to improve this aspect of their service.

Everyone I interacted with was very nice, the whole culture of the dealership felt very relaxed and joyful which was a pleasant surprise.
Special thanks to Omar ElShaikh for assisting in buying a 2025 civic 2 weeks ago. Very great sales guy, would 100% recommend especially considering that I’m a younger customer, and he made sure to fulfill his promises. He got me a specific plate number that I requested through service ontario with no additional cost. Absolutely amazing person with integrity and honesty, especially when comparing to past sales people. Thanks Omar
