I wish the service of the car would be much better. Beside the fact that I had to wait almost a week for an appointment, when came I was told that I need to leave my car for a day, or more likely two days. Now her I am with my baby and stroller on street without my car... really? Why shouldn’t you tel people about this, why make an appointment at 11:30am when the car has to stay in for days... if I knew I could ask my husband to bring it and stay at home with my baby. Now my day is ruined and all my plans are crushed. Next time I’ll bay a car I will really consider to check how will I be treated by the customer service. Since there I wish you make and analysis and do changes to serve people better!

My First time experience in buying a GM vehicle was great one. Mark campbell  my sales guy and was a great help throughout the entire process. He is very responsible, and great at what he does kept me in the loop of things either by calling or by text. 
I know this would have been a great experience when I first met with Mark and the Addison dealership is when I received a email from the sale manager Joe Smith that level of caring is hard to find in business driven by competition. I originally just went into look and came out with a truck that needed for work. Great buying experience Highly recommended to people I know.

Arthur Bryan is also another great employee with his hard work in the financial department in getting me in the truck.

Thanks to all at Addison I would definitely return with another purchase in the near future.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Addison Erin Mills.  This was a 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier.  The salesperson assisting me was Kyle Camelleri.  He is a 'top notch' professional in all aspects of the buying process being very knowledgeable, helpful, a great communicator and incredibly customer focused.  

Kyle ensured that I received all the incentives that were available and the best deal possible.  The delivery process was flawless.  Its for these reasons and more that this is the second vehicle I purchased at Addison as well as recommending this dealership to my family members.
I highly recommend Kyle for your next buying experience.  His customer first focus is a refreshing difference in comparison to others in the car business.

Our car was in bad shape and we were worried it was time for a new car after getting a $2100 quote from our mechanic.  Luckily a friend mentioned to us that there was a recall on our veichle.  We ended up taking our car to Addison on Erin Mills where Jen Lowe helped us feel at home. She showed us the recalls and provided us with a courtesy car for the day.  We picked up our car the next day and it was one of the best experiences we ever had. We even ended up doing some other work to the car since all the recall work was completely free.  This location has impeccable customer service. It is so clean. We just felt good going here. We are even considering having this location as our go to mechanic.  Thank you Jen for providing us with an amazing experience and helping us out as much as you did. And thank you Addison on Erin Mills for saving us thousands of dollars and allowing us to keep our car for a few years longer before we have to upgrade.

Got a car there recently (April 2018). I dealt with a Kyle Camilleri. Car was ready when promised. It was clean and the entire staff was helpful and professional. That's easy BEFORE the sale.what stuck out for me was the after sale service. The follow up and attention to detail was above and beyond. It seemed they were MORE interested in forming a relationship for the future then making a single sale and moving on. I have years of experience on both ends of the transaction and virtually never write reviews, this interaction warrants the exception. I give Addision and Kyle my highest endorsement.
