I just got my first car from Nissan Woodchester, and I couldn't be more happy about it, these guys are GREAT!.   

Since the moment I enter the dealership I was greeted by Elbert (sales representative)  and we went for a drive test, where he explain all the functionalities of the car.    Shaun (sales manager) then explain everything about the possible packages, he was very patient in sharing all the information until I understood.  Then Danny (business manager) closed the sale and gave me even more details about the extended guarantee, service packages and more.   

Seriously, recommended 100% if you are a first time buyer, this team explains everything and they are very nice.   
Since then they have even follow up with me.   

Amazing customer service!!!

I had a great experience with Nissan Woodchester. The service advisor was easy to deal with and the technician was knowledgeable. Overall, my waiting time was short and my car's issue was fixed. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Great Service department and excellent service from answering the phone and booking appointment for my car until this Nissan dealership and his team know how to run business and make job 100% right and not just like the other, i bought my car  6 month ago and recently got noise from my tire so i went to 3 Nissan dealer  and non of them know the reason and the issue until i was prefer to this Erin Mills location , other dealer want to charge me fro break service up to $250 BREAK FLUSH and the car under warranty and the worst one is the 401 Dixie Nissan in Mississauga they said to me that the sound normal and told me to go some where else as they think they do not want to do the job .  This Woodchester Nissan from now on i  will do all times service at this location. Thank you and keep up the good works!

they deserve less than one star, but that cant happen so...we recently bought a used vehicle (a Nissan rogue 2012) it was equipped with a rear camera along with a stereo system. the stereo stopped working all of a sudden with the camera and started on random times. the next day that we bought the car we took it back to get it fixed. keep in mind they had a used car policy. the manager Glen Peacock had not followed the policy. our stereo system along with the camera fell under the policy that meant they had to fix it for us for free. the manager Glen Peacock disagreed with their used car policy and didn't do anything about it. now we are planning to take him and his business to court for further action. horrible customer service wouldn't ever recommend it for anyone. The manager was very rude and in cooperated. I was mad that is not a way to make business. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. I was planning to buy another vehicle for my husband. I’ve been with Nissan for around 15 years. And this dealership by far was the worse ever.

Had such an amazing experience. Polite staff, organized, clean and superior service. I simply went there for a recall and they did a full inspection of my car and a complimentary car wash. Nissan is the way to go. I would never buy another car from anywhere anywhere!
