Very small dealership but staff is friendly and well organized. I stop by to check out 2021 Carnival and it looks gorgeous. Definitely the best looking van on the market now hands down.

What I like about this place is that unlike other dealerships where staff turnover is so horrendously frequent, this one here is reassuring in that when I returned after three months to pick up my new car, the same polite, friendly and helpful staff were still there. Great work to everyone there for providing a professional and laid back easy atmosphere for your customers who you indelibly care about enough for their business. Thank you

Be aware of Steven Zhao finacial/ Account maneger, he is very dishonest and unprofessional person. He never answer or replied back customer phone calls . Very rude personality. Lexus canada shouldn't have these kind of people who ruined their name. I strongly recommend don't go to erin mills mississauga.

Called today to see if I can get service for oil change. Receptionist I called had a smile in her voice told me if right away no wait ..I came in for me greeted by Trent flack Jr. Who told me what needs done no pressure.. done in a super fast real fast lane experience. Thanks to Kevin in parts too

Took the Escape into Erinwood for a recall. Got shuttled home and back to the store. Good service.

Sales people hungry to upsell and force customers to take unnecessary add-ons. Admin team makes lots of mistakes on paperwork. The one star is for the location.
