Woodchester Infiniti

I couldn’t be happier with Woodchester. I feel like I’m treated as a valued customer, and am thrilled with the product knowledge and expertise of the staff. The car sells itself, but the professionalism of people like Joe M. In sales and Ken in service will keep me returning.

It was fine. I usually bring my car to a personal mechanic but had to schedule an appointment to look into an issue that my mechanic could not diagnose/figure out. Infiniti could not figure out the issue as well. I’ll stick to my mechanic going forward. I can get the same work done but at a better price. I don’t blame Infiniti Woodchester. Dealership service/parts are just more expensive.

Great service. My car was running fine after the 50k service. Very helpful staff who only recommended work that needed to be done. Thanks 10 out of 10

Bought the car qx60 after 4 days oil started leaking and then I sent it to the dealership they fixed it and said to collect the car after 10 mins of having it the car broke down and now it's been 4 hours the road side assistance has not reached and the dealership doesn't care and cant even send a taxi to pick me up to get a loaner car shotty service dont belive a word of the business manager Peter.we have been robbed the car is a 2015 qx60 and has 50k kms on it the dealership lied about everything! The cars transmission died!
