I never have any issues shopping at Loblaws. This location has everything you need and is easy to find. It’s located conveniently next to the Carlingwood Mall. The prices naturally are a bit higher but you can pick and choose various items to lower your overall bill. All in all it’s good here.
This is my favorite grocery store within a 10 km radius. The reduced items are a great bargain and, unlike in many stores, they always have a couple of days of life left in them if not more. The other items are also reasonably priced. There is a ton of parking and the store is clean. But what I love most about the store is the staff - they are always friendly and helpful and that makes me think they are treated well by the store manager. It's always a pleasure to shop so please keep it up! Thanks to a great team!
Today, I decided to buy lean ground beef in this loblaws and here's how they cheat customers. Very disappointed.
The gentleman bagging groceries in the reflective vest on the evening of Wednesday Jan 22nd went above and beyond in customer service. I was blown away he offered to bag my groceries and he even balanced the weight and organized them. Definitely not service I expected but certainly a reason to come back. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Casey the cashier was also excellent.
I do quite a bit of shopping at this store, which seems well run/stocked. The real MVP of the store is Phil, who helps with carts and always goes above and beyond to help with bags especially when I have my kids with me, who can be a handful. Really appreciated!
