STOP SUPPORTING THIS STORE! This place has been going downhill over the last year with two big problems likely due to cheap owners cutting costs at our own time.nnFirst problem, lack of cashier's. I waited 15 minutes in line with 2 cashier's open and 20 people waiting line. I was behind 4 people so imagine how long the last guy waited, ridiculous.nnAnd second problem is stereotyping and harrassing security guards. I have friends that were followed around by security every time we visited, trust me, I have video and even if I didn't it would not be hard to get.nnAnd problem three, biggest problem, owners are too cheap to do anything about it.nnAbsolutely disgusting place, I never have so many issues arising ALL THE TIME at this place, and I am not the only one. Read the reviews and experience it for yourself. STAY AWAY
I was there today morning, I want to return Christmas candies because I bought a lot but it’s expiring soon and I cannot eat all that, I talked to the manager and She was so mean and spoke in a provocative way, so she can tell me that we can't return these sweets nicely and I'll understand, I'm not a mean person!nyou have lost a loyal customer
This store used to be our go to place due to its proximity from where we live, but the staff is losing temper every second day. There is this old woman, that I really try to ignore and not go to her lane as I have seen her getting rude with other customers. Unfortunately I ended up in being her lane today and asked her for price match for tetley tea, she got loud and asked me to show her the price on flyer and not on chrome page. I was like okay never mind I don’t know how to access flyer right now so I will just leave price match. As I was opening the cine app to scan my cine card, she was like there are r people behind you too and can’t wait all day for you. It literally was not even a minute. The rudeness, unpleasant behaviour has compelled us to move to new stores for daily grocery and shopping! I reported the incident to the manager though. Hoping they address this issue.
I like this store It is well organized, clean and have a great selection. I use this store often as it is in my neighborhood and the prices are reasonable. My problem is when you go to check out.nThey never seem to have enough workers to work the cashed to check out clients. To me that is unacceptable. I was informed by the manager that the owner of the store does not want to staff it correctly as it is too expensive.nnWe need and deserve better customer service.
Take a look at your cameras last night and do a seminar on health and safety with your staff. I'm tired of going to buy produce, cheese and meat and watching your employees STEP INTO THE PRODUCE instead of using a step stool to organize top shelves. I left the groceries I wanted In that section because I felt ill watching this happen after I've told staff to please not do that in the past. Had an issue at cash infront of us and the poor cashier couldn't access a member of management and the customer ended up leaving without a refund and wasting over 10 minutes of her time and everyone else's in line. Constantly understaffed, and a long wait in line every time I go.nDisgusted. Please do better.
