I like this store It is well organized, clean and have a great selection. I use this store often as it is in my neighborhood and the prices are reasonable. My problem is when you go to check out.nThey never seem to have enough workers to work the cashed to check out clients. To me that is unacceptable. I was informed by the manager that the owner of the store does not want to staff it correctly as it is too expensive.nnWe need and deserve better customer service.
Take a look at your cameras last night and do a seminar on health and safety with your staff. I'm tired of going to buy produce, cheese and meat and watching your employees STEP INTO THE PRODUCE instead of using a step stool to organize top shelves. I left the groceries I wanted In that section because I felt ill watching this happen after I've told staff to please not do that in the past. Had an issue at cash infront of us and the poor cashier couldn't access a member of management and the customer ended up leaving without a refund and wasting over 10 minutes of her time and everyone else's in line. Constantly understaffed, and a long wait in line every time I go.nDisgusted. Please do better.
I was looking forward to coming here to shop because I know you have some of the best deals in town. But on that day there were no shopping carts outside. So when I entered I grabbed a hand basket instead, meaning that I'm going to buy less than I intended. After finding most of what I wanted to buy, I made my way to the front cash only to find very long lineups for the few cash registers that were actually open.
I actually love going here every Tuesday to buy my snack before class where I go across the street... Employees are very friendly it's a VERY clean store you don't have to reach for everything it's all front faced and neat... Prices are actually very good and has an amazing product section!! Great job team FreshCo!!
Everything is fine and no big difference from other supermarket grocery stores, but its price is not cheaper. I checked many items and found the prices were matching Loblaws. For the big stores, I would go to No frills for savings.
