This is my favourite grocery store. It has an excellent selection of fish, fruits, veggies, tea, matcha, pomegranate juice, kefir. I love the Mediterranean and Greek feel. Best grocery store in Ottawa by far. Will definitely be coming back and I love to support local businesses.
Driven past this store for many years. Today, we decided to check it out. Amazing food store. I was impressed with the selection of hot and cold offerings. We decided to try the baklava, pita, and a strange fruit known as loquat. I will return!
Seafood department service is absolutely unacceptable. The staff show a complete lack of professionalism: instead of assisting customers, they stand around joking with each other, making shoppers wait. It raises the question — does Adonis provide any training or basic customer service standards at all? Such behavior towards clients is simply intolerable.
The store is good and the prices is good too, but There is an issue with some of their employees, specially the ready food counter and, I got the sense that they are unhappy that I am buying from their ready meals. They act weired when I stop at the ready food counter, I wonder why! Is it something had to do with the spying business that targeted me in my private life. Some of the cashiers also very unpolite, I realized that, they will remove some products from the shelf purposly sometimes.
