Nice shop with a lot of assortment of specialty products. Perfect for original gifts or quality items for an occasion! Good selection of cheeses!nFriendly staff.
What a nice little shop! They have so many fun ingredients and products. The cheese counter is incredible and there’s also a lovely selection of pastries! The staff are all smiles and it’s just a lovely specialty shop for a treat or some gifts. The prices are not insane considering these aren’t the usual grocery store items, but because everything looks so good you might end up with quite a bill!
Has a great assortment of food and pantry items. Great to check out if you are looking for gifts or food for entertaining. It is a smaller store so it does get very busy inside however. Not super accessible. The prices are also high but comparable to other shops like this
The staff selling the cheeses were not helpful and laughed at us when we asked to try a sample of one cheese. We were planning to buy a couple but after being made fun of we didn’t. I was gifted a gift card for this place and was told it was nice because you can try the cheeses before buying them. I’m not sure why we were refused that option. The people selling the desserts were more helpful and offered help. We bought some desserts and two of them were dry. For 6$ for one small pastry I expected better quality.
Great store, good food, overpriced. I’ve been supporting that store for years. This morning I bought a small jar of jam and a packet of cocktail napkins as a hostess gift. I paid $17 and as I was leaving I saw that they had tissue paper behind the counter. I asked for one piece to add to my bag. Here is what the clerk told me. “Just so you know we normally charge for this paper so next time make sure to ask for it before purchasing. I’ll let it go this time”. It’s worth about.10 cents. Upsetting. I felt I was being scolded. It’s not a way to treat customers.
