Fantastic rooms, very comfortable and luxurious. Was very happy to receive a bottle of prosecco for our special wedding anniversary, it was a lovely touch. Nice bar and restaurant. Dinner was good. Breakfast was a bit pricey but enjoyable. Waiter was a bit forgetful but think he may have been new to the job. Great location. Going to try the pool tomorrow morning.
A little bit upset as the hotel like Sheraton, I expect a little bit more then I had experienced. There is no breakfast included, wifi for the guest is not really stable and it is slow. I can heard whoever taking in the hall way, I can heard the water pipe is shaking when my families are taking shower. There is no indication regard to which direction to turn is hot or cold water, so I had to dance in the hot boiling water before I get to the temperature that I want my son is opposite, he dance in the cold water. There is some turning sound on and off from the AC exit like some old wood door is turning. I told my husband if I end up need to book this hotel again, and if they give me the same room I will refused to pay.nThe location is amazing, the room is clean, bed feels not bad, the parking lot is short, luckily my husband already prepared for it so we drove in tiny little car instead of our comfort truck.......
I stayed there for 4 nights. It was awesome experience, the hotel justifies its price and brand. The location is great and transport is easily accessible and nearby. The pool, hot tub and sauna was fantastic. The only thing I did not like was housekeeping, I even complained to the front desk that my room was cleaned really badly. But it’s a wonderful hotel to stay. Recommend to everyone.
Located within a 5 minute walk from the Bell Centre. It is also just a short walk from many restaurants and other attractions. It has a Starbucks and a restaurant and bar in the lobby. The check in was easy and quick with very friendly staff. I did find the rooms a little small but it was comfortable.
Hotel was fine but refused to honour elite benefits for my partner until I arrived at which point it was too late. She was treated poorly by hotel staff upon arrival. Look elsewhere if you hold elite status with Marriott.
