The only thing they can improve at this hotels are the elevators. I was stuck for 15 min in one but the maintenance staff was excellent and kept me very calm. The staff in the hotel is the best you can get from the front desk, concierge, maintenance, housekeeping, security, bell hops. The rooms were extremelly clean and are modern. The location is perfect! Parked the car on Thurs and didn't move it until Sun. The location has so many great restaurants within walking distance and one small block to the Bell Centre. The restaurant/bar in the hotel is excellent. Highly recommend the tuna poke bowl.
I hadn’t been in a while. The location is fantastic and the hotel and staff are excellent. However the food from room service was lacking. I had a Cesar salad with chicken. It would be nice to have the lettuce and chicken chopped and cut or at least send metal utensils. The wooden fork/knife break easily and for $42 I would expect a bit more salad and vegetables.
Awesome location right in Downtown Montreal. It can get kinda noisy at night, but the room had everything we needed, even though it was a bit tight for the two of us. The bed and pillows were super comfy though. The bathroom was small, and the shower was a bit tricky to figure out. Checking in via the mobile app was really easy. Loads of restaurants around, and Montreal Eaton Centre is just a short walk away.
For a 4 star hotel the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!nI called the guest service to help me open my closed safe and when I told her my problem she exhaled so hard like she was annoyed and Said fine I'll send someone! I asked for some robes and slippers and waited 30 minutes for it to come after calling twice.nI have never seen this! They make u feel that they're doing u a favour and that ur not paying for it!nnAnd when a food delivery order or a package arrive, there is no courtesy phone call to let u know u have a package downstairs!
Staff have been fantastic , location is central to shops, bell center and close to Metro. The restaurant is delicious, room service very quick. The pool, hot tub and sauna were relaxing. Great mini vacation for my daughter's and I.
