We stayed there for a week . We like it there. There's Starbucks . It's the highlight for me . The service is great. The room is great. The food at the rooftop is excellent.  I gave 4 stars because of the service guy in the swimming pool . Our room is for 6 people . We went to the swimming pool one night  with 8 people  the other 2 were friends . It was quiet and he was unhappy about it. He said too many people.  It is supposed to be a fun place.  We only there for 30 min.

Stayed for 4 nights, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great, room is nice and modern, bathroom is large, shower is great. The gym is well equipped. The pool, hot tub and sauna are so nice to rewind and relax after a day’s sightseeing. The Sheraton Club at floor 37 is one of the best hotel lounges. All day coffee and snack, breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvre are great. Staff is friendly and helpful.nnThe only negative thing is you need to wait for elevators when the hotel is busy.

I stayed at the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal, marking my return to the city after quite some time. As a Platinum Elite member, I had high expectations, particularly regarding the suite upgrade. I initially requested the Hospitality Suite, and it was confirmed. However, just before check-in, I was informed that I was being downgraded to a club-level room as there were no suites available. Naturally, I was a bit disappointed, especially as I had specifically requested and confirmed the Hospitality Suite ahead of time.nnI expressed my concerns via chat , and it was brought to a supervisor, who handled the situation with professionalism and care. After discussing the issue, they made it right and moved me to the Hospitality Suite as initially requested. I truly appreciated how the staff took the time to address my concerns and rectify the situation, which made all the difference.nnThe Hospitality Suite itself was well worth the wait. It was spacious, comfortable, and provided a great setting to relax during my stay. Additionally, the club-level room I was briefly assigned to did look nice, and the hotel’s overall facilities were quite pleasant.nnAnother highlight was the Sheraton Club Lounge, which was a great addition to my stay. The food selection was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options throughout the day. It was a fantastic place to unwind, whether for a light meal or to enjoy the serene atmosphere.nnWhile the initial downgrade was frustrating, I felt the response from the staff and the resolution ultimately turned the experience around. It’s great to see a hotel that values customer feedback and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive stay. Overall, my time at the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal was enjoyable, and I would definitely consider staying again in the future, trusting that they will address any concerns promptly.

Clean rooms, amazing staff, nice pool, great concierge lounge Sheraton ClubnnReally enjoyed staying here over the weekend.  The pool and lounge were the highlights.  Sona from the Hospitality Team was amazing!nnPool is large, warm and has big windows to bring in natural light.  Hot tub is large enough to fit several adults, and the saunas are a nice touch.nnThey provide robes and slippers, but you have to call front desk and they’ll deliver them to your room.nnThe penthouse concierge lounge has an AMAZING view with good breakfast and good hors d'oeuvre 5-7PM, and it’s large so everyone has space to themselves.nnParking is tight, and a bit expensive $35 but you get in/out privileges.nnHighly recommend this hotel, it’s very enjoyable.

We arrived for a work function with around 40 people. The check-in process was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and great to deal with! The room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows were excellent!
