A really good hotel in an excellent location, direct access to the Metro is amazing.nnThe staff were courteous and helpful.nnThe lobby is not as grand as some hotels but it's just a lobby.nnI keep a mental note of the quality of the gym in pretty much all hotels I stay in, this is far and away the best I've seen across more than a hundred hotels I've stayed in.  The assortment of equipment/weights and the space rival many commercial gyms.

DO NOT allow them to keep you in a room with a conjoining door. When I tell you, you hear everything next door, you hear EVERYTHING. When bringing up the issue to the front desk no one really did anything or even suggested to move us to a different room. So on our vacation we were constantly waking up the same time as the kids screaming next door.nnHowever besides the rooms, the hotel was very clean and they changed our towels and sheets every day which was nice. The lobby was very pretty. Along with a great and convenient location.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Their attention to detail was amazing. The room staff noticed I used all the Nespresso pods so gave me double.nnWhat I really miss is the gym. I've stayed at hotels around the world but this is the best gym I've ever been to. The fact they have dispensers for room temperature, cold and sparkling water is incredible.nnCan't wait to come back.

I was beyond impressed with my recent stay at this hotel. The location was topnotch with it having its own direct access to a metro station. The hotel was vibrant and thenstaff during my stay were very hospitable. The M Club access was a bonus touch with plenty of breakfast options and snacks that were always available. I will definitely staynat this location again!
