The very centrally located Marriott is ideal for both business or leisure. The rooms are in general very good but the main standout is the wonderful GYM which is fantastic with everything a gym lover could dream of!!nWe stayed two nights, one with a group and one on business.nThe Front Office staff were fantastic and had a great attitude towards helping me move from the group booking to my own FIT booking.nnThe slight letdown was the breakfast where service went missing and the buffet was just average, as stated the Club Lounge was fine with a nice selection of fresh food and beverages.nOverall as stated this is a nice hotel in a great location and good value!
What an amazing stay at the Montréal Marriott Château Champlain! I have stayed at many upscale hotels throughout my travels, and this was easily one of the best experiences I have had.nnThe most memorable part of my stay was my interaction with Pristina at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made the entire check-in process seamless and immediately made me feel valued as a guest. She ensured our room was ready early to facilitate an early check-in. Pristina is truly exceptional and absolutely deserves recognition for the level of service she provides. Employees like her elevate the reputation and overall experience of the hotel.nnThe hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for our event at the Bell Centre, but Pristina’s outstanding hospitality is what truly made this stay special. I hope every guest has the pleasure of interacting with her during their visit.nn10/10 experience. I would gladly stay at the Montréal Marriott Château Champlain again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montréal!
We attended an international conference, and the hotel staff were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. Staying at this hotel truly felt like being at home, thanks to the warm welcome from Peter at reception. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the view from our room was absolutely amazing.nI would especially like to thank Ivan, the concierge, whose recommendations for places to visit were excellent and made our trip even more enjoyable.nOverall, I never expected this hotel to become my favorite hotel in the world. You can feel the Marriott quality in every detail. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal.
Beautiful hotel with an amazing location! We booked a room with a view, and it was absolutely stunning. The hotel is located right next to the metro station, which made getting around and exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient.nnThe breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay. There were so many options to choose from, and I especially loved that the chef prepares fresh omelettes made exactly the way you like them.nnWe stayed here for five days and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Between the beautiful views, convenient location, great breakfast, and overall comfort, we were very happy with our stay.nnDefinitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
Excellent business stay!nI recently stayed here for a week-long business trip and had a good experience. The rooms were overall clean, the service was excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Although on room floor I could feel little dirt bare feet and they were not vacuumed properly. Whenever I needed something, the team was prompt and attentive. Plus, the location is absolutely perfect—it's right in downtown and close to most major offices. Highly recommend for anyone traveling for work!
