Extremely nice clean room, great view, hard floor so much more hygenic than carpet. Spacious, good layout, and comfortable. Excellent bed, bedding, and bathroom supplies. Wonderful shower that is easy to operate. Quiet 16th floor, except for some occasional sirens below. Good Wi-Fi. Fast elevators. Thermostat simple and efficient too. Not super convenient to local restaurants, but not bad either. Definitely recommend!
Our room was excellent! Large layout, nice bath and closet space. Beautiful view!nnThe location is a short walk to Starbucks, Canadien’s arena and some restaurants. About 3 blocks to the Montreal Underground - shopping, dining.nnThe concierge was very helpful.nnThere were some challenges - no heat. Highs at this time were low 60’s. A service person came to the room and said it would heat up in time. Hours before when we checked in it was 68 degrees and never got warmer while blowing cold air out of the 3 registers. A trip to the front desk resulted in us getting a space heater for a room.nnIf you want ice, it is only offered on the odd number floors, which is fine. However, the ice machines from floors 27 to 21 did not work.nnThe restaurant is ok.
The hotel is great! It’s located in the heart of downtown Montreal, 5 minutes from the Ring and all restaurants. Centre Bell is right across the street! I was able to check in early because my flight arrived before 4pm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view is beautiful. I enjoyed my stay and definitely will come back!
Open Gym with ClasspassnnThe front desk staff at the hotel are wonderful, and the hotel itself is beautiful and spotless.nnThe gym is always well-maintained and rarely crowded, except a bit more on weekends-but we were still able to get our workouts in without any issue. I really love this location; it even has a complimentary sauna that's never busy. The restrooms are exceptionally clean, with private stalls as well as a private shower room stocked with fresh towels.nnThe gym is thoughtfully designed, offering two towel stations, cold still water, sparkling water, and ambient water. There's even a wireless charging station on the counter for added convenience. In addition to all the essential equipment, the gym includes a dedicated space for yoga and stretching, making it a well-rounded fitness area.
I had a wonderful stay! The hotel itself is beautiful, and I absolutely loved the city view from my room. The oval-shaped window gave the room so much character and made the view even more special. The elevators were impressively fast, which made getting around the hotel super convenient. My room was very clean and comfortable, and although the washroom was a bit on the smaller side, it was still perfectly fine. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal!
