Location is awesome. Walking distance to everything. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the standard rooms are a good size for a downtown hotel. Gym is decently equipped and there is a great Irish pub across the street

Stayed for a quick one night stay and picked Novotel due to its convenient location within walking distance from the train station and close to rue St. Catherine and boulevard René- Levesque. The hotel itself was modern/recently renovated and clean. Check in and check out were quick and easy and we really didn't have any other interactions with staff otherwise. My only other comment would be that the street facing rooms are a little loud because of the pubs/clubs/restaurants outside. Might bug you if you want perfect quiet to fall asleep.

Great hotel if you're attending an event at the Bell Centre! Novotel is a four minute walk. The room was reasonably priced, comfortable and spotless. Parking in the underground lot is an extra $30/night, but that's not terrible for secure parking in downtown Montreal. Nice features from my perspective included the in-room safe and fast elevators (slow elevators drive me bonkers!).

Nice room, good bed. Hotel is very centrally located. Close to Saint Catherine street and the orange line Metro. Breakfast buffet is good option, and hotel is close to a lot of restaurant options.

Well appointed room with a very comfortable king-size bed. Very quiet with no internal noise, and minimal outside noise. Very attentive and helpful bilingual staff. An included breakfast would have made this a 5-star from me.
