Hotel Bonaventure Montréal

This is our second time staying here. The hospitality is absolutely wonderful. Every staff member is wonderful to interact with and so helpful. The pool is dreamy and such a nice perk. The rooms are quiet and comfy. The location cannot be beat. I miss it already. Thanks Hotel BonAdventure for a wonderful trip!

Great hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Common areas including pool are just excellent. Great staff. Location could not be better. Absolutely worth the price IMO.nnOnly suggestion is that they improve their signage for access from the Metro - I think the opening of the REM might have changed routes corridors in the underground path networj that are open. After three days we still had not worked it out.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Bonaventure from start to finish. The service was exceptional throughout my stay, and I want to give special recognition to Vincent at the front desk. He was incredibly patient and attentive, making me feel welcome right away and leaving me with a fantastic first impression of the hotel.nnThe facilities are top-notch — the heated pool is absolutely incredible, and the sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day. My room was spacious and very comfortable, with a cozy king-size bed that made it easy to get a great night's sleep.nnAnother big plus is the hotel's location. It's very well situated and conveniently connected to the underground, which made getting around the city a breeze.nnI highly recommend Hotel Bonaventure and would definitely stay here again!

I want to give this place a 5 star because people there were so nice with an exception of a few annoyances.nnThe Expedia listing said in-room microwave. I went to front desk to inquire and the old guy said “I’ve worked here 20 years we don’t do that”. He had no inclination of being helpful. Went to the lady next to him and she sent a microwave to the room. Everyone was so pleasant except for him.nnThe parking is expensive with no in/out privileges. I already paid $29. Don’t charge me twice if I have to leave and come back. That’s just blatantly anti consumer.nnThe indoor entrance into the pool is in the deep end. It’s really deep. Difficult to bring my kid to the shallow end.

We stayed there last summer.Beautiful view, location is very convenient. Services are great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby was very well organized and decorated. Pool facilities were clean. Staff was very polite and professional. Definitely going back and would recommend to our family and friends.
