The location is a bit off the main stream downtown shops but it's the first 2 stops on the airport bus 747. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The mattress is comfortable but the pillows are not that great. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable

the rooms are so fetch! the hotel is fetch! the towels are so fetch! the pool is so fetch! the toilets are so fetch! the whole thing is just so..... FETCH!! Love Gretchen . P.S my dogs name is fetch and he loves to fetch fetch cause our whole family is fetch! go fetch yourself. cause your so fetch.

Not fancy but modern inside the room. Neat and clean. Housekeeping did a great job at least on this room. The laminate floors were a nice change from the usual carpet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Short walk to a lot of downtown stuff. We caught a concert at the Bell Centre, a short 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay. Friendly staff. Room was clean and bed and pillows super comfortable. The nice touch was the offer of espresso or Americano cafe at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Overall great experience. Lovely rooms. Slow, over worked elevators but I guess that's fair. No balcony so bad for smokers. Great reception and staff. Great location! Pool, lounge, vending machines. Close to downtown Montreal. Would come again.
