Dear management,nnAs we arose from the train station we were welcomed by picket lines, a sense of fear descended upon us. We located the side door and entered the stunning grand lobby, a welcome from security did ease our anxiety. We arrived at the front desk and Estelle was there to welcome us again. She kindly explained the situation and immediately offered us a room upgrade, the gold experience we booked was further enhanced.nnArriving at our room, well appointed and clean, stunning views over Montreal. We settled and unpacked.nnOverall, despite the lack of intimate details and service we were always welcomed with a hello and on a named basis. Being our anniversary, the extra touch was not missed, the hotel management went above and beyond and arranged champagne and handmade truffles for us to celebrate after a meal in old town.nnWe both Hope a resolution is made with the staff as the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth is an institution of hospitality and service for Montreal. We will be back.nnWe thank Estelle again for her hospitality and impeccable service.nnIan and Jeff
We had a really nice stay. Everyone was kind, genuine and helpful. Francis at the concierge desk was incredible with helping me plan my days spent exploring the city solo. I left armed with a map and the confidence to take on the city. Without his help I would have really struggled. Ali was very helpful as well making sure to answer my questions and make sure we had an option so we didn't have to carry our bags around Montreal with us the next day before our flight left. Thank you for the care and attention!
This hotel exceeded my expectations! Excellent service and atmosphere. Clean and perfect room, with stunning view of the Basilica, and top-notch amenities. My stay was unforgettable; and I will surely book again and not think twice about going anywhere else. I loved the spa and pool area plus; the room service meals. The restaurant, cafe and bar, as well as all the staff from housekeeping to servers and bartenders make me want to come back as soon as possible. A truly luxurious experience and atmosphere. Thank you all for an amazing first time visiting Montreal. A Forever guest!
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with your parking services. My car door handle was broken by the parking staff, who then handled the situation very poorly. They were rude and dismissive, and despite their promise to check the security cameras, it was clear that they were avoiding responsibility for the damage they caused.nnIf you truly value your customers and aim to provide excellent service, it's imperative to address the behavior and accountability of your parking staff. Ensuring that your team handles incidents professionally and respectfully is crucial for customer satisfaction.nnYou will always get 1/5 start if you will keep it like this despite your amazing hotel.nThank you for your attention to this matter.
Fairmont Queen ElizabethnnA highly recommended luxury hotel in Downtown Montreal, i take the Via rail train here for conferences all the time.nnA truly impressive hotel with amazing rooms, Rosleys is a great restaurant and the bars are top notch.nnSee you at the next conference!nCheers
