Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and impeccably clean accommodations, convenient location to many restaurants and stores, great amenities, delicious food, and overall enjoyable guest experience. Excellent hotel well-located in downtown Montreal. Highlights: Very safe and convenient area to many restaurants, cafes, shopping; connected to the underground network to take you to many restaurants, shops, and to the train station; the pool is amazing 1.2m all around and a hot tub, gym, cafe and shop downstairs. The junior suite was fantastic for our family. Excellent service from the morning pool manager and the valet, Oscar. Cons: the bathroom was VERY small, you can barely fit two people standing in it at one time; hair dryer was mini-sized and cheap; storing your luggage costs $2 cash only which was super inconvenient and just seems like an odd thing to charge for when you’re already spending so much on your stay. Final comment-it has a conference hotel feel so service doesn’t feel as personal the way a 4-star hotel usually makes you feel, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

Came to celebrate an anniversary and attend a concert! The hotel is gorgeous, as was our room. The location is perfect if you’re going to Centre Bell. The little dessert was a wonderful surprise! Only downside was when I ordered food delivery, my driver told me a staff member would bring up my food, however after waiting 15 minutes I decided to go downstairs to grab my food which had been moved to the back room at the reception desk. I just would’ve appreciated a phone call to come down if they weren’t able to bring it up to me! Overall I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.

Using a walker my whole life changed. The room was accessible so easy to get around. The 4 day 3 night stay was so great. This was my 1 trip by myself in a long time. People who have disabilities will have an easy time getting around. In 2 years I hope to go back to this hotel. The bellman helped me down to the train and I am so very thankful.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We are from here but came for a romantic escape. We were so well accommodated by lobby, the room was amazing and felt so clean. The sauna is the best thing ever. Pool was swarming with kids and even the jacuzzi . Parents… please let the adults enjoy the jacuzzi and have them just enjoy the pool…. Very sad for people trying to escape every day life. Sigh. The hotel should do something about this and put a sign 18+ only for jacuzzi. A lot of hotels do this and the kids perfectly understand. We could not enjoy the pool even early in the morning 7 am was already full of kids. Thus we could only enjoy quiet time away from kids in the room. Staff was so friendly, we would def come back, just definitely not during high season christmas holidays.
