Belvedere Medical Clinic

This is how primary care should be delivered at every clinic/practice. The staff here are excellent - from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors and other practitioners. Incredibly supportive, competent and proactive care delivered in an efficient and timely manner. A special thank you to Dr. Abughalwa for years of excellent care.

I once came to this clinic for an ear flush. When I walked in to check in I was approached by a nurse not the receptionist. She checked me in and quickly got me to the back. The doctor came and allowed her to perform the procedure. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Her professionalism and smile and dedication to her job is amazing. I believe her name was Nadine but I could be mistaken. With her doing two different jobs I don’t see the point of the receptionist since they didn’t even acknowledge me at all. I would’ve came this place 5 stars but the washrooms could use a little work and the front staff can do a little less talking among each others and more time checking in people and taking them to the back. They don’t have to leave all that for the nurse which is what I saw on my visit.

everyone here is understanding and helpful. They know how stressed a person can be when they need medical attention, they were caring and compassionate, the doctor was amazing.

Dr. Ahmed Abughalwa is highly professional and exceptionally skilled. He has been my doctor since I moved to Canada. I have never considered wanting a different doctor. When he moved from West Mount Medical Clinic, he asked if I would like to stay with him or find another doctor, but I chose to remain under his care.

I went to see a doctor today and I asked the male receptionist to scan all my paperworks to my personal email address.i wrote my email address on a piece of paper and handed to him. He said it’ll be all ready in an hour.i left the office and Waited for 3 hours and didn’t get any emails.Called the receptionist few times and they didn’t pick up the phone I was informed there is no supervisor or management to overlook the receptionist performance.I finally talked to the receptionist again and he told me he sent all the documents to the wrong email address. He said he will try to send the paperworks again in 15 minutes but still didn’t receive anything. One of the worst receptionist in the city.i hope someone reads this review or deal with this individual!!!!
