Hotel & Suites Les Laurentides

GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ONnTHIS HOTEL !!!!nnI never leave bad reviews, but this situation left me no choice. I booked for a room 48h before arriving and at arrival, i was told the hotel cancelled my reservation without sending me a notification. My girlfriend and i were yelled by the staffs and they did not want to help us at any cost.nnThey cancelled my room and tried to give me the same room for a higher price which is ridiculous and not ethical.nnIf you are choosing to stay at this hotel it’s at your own cost. GOOD LUCK !

Recently spent the night with my 92 year old mother. Changed rooms because of a smoke detector malfunctioning and no after hours maintenance. Yelling and fighting in the middle of the night and no security available after midnight. Explains why reception shared the after hours emergency number a couple of times. Reported the incident when checking out and was dismissed with the statement -there is a bar across the street - makes a case for on site security in my opinion. Beds were okay however did not feel safe.

It was an amazing experience. My kids absolutely loved it. Their Suites are top-notch. Staff are very welcoming. Place is very clean. Very great service. Very big refrigerator/freezer. This hotel is especially suitable for families.

The hotel was very conveniently located, and well priced. The service was fantastic and the rooms were clean. Although the hotel is dated, it was a great stay. We really enjoyed the king suite and the kids loved their double room too. A great option for families on a budget.

Very close to everything walking distance to downtown, 3 minute drive to waterpark/ski hill, kitchenette was convenient and much appreciated, service was good, staff was friendly. Cleaning people did a good job with the regular cleaning, but the room we stayed in could use a more intensive deep clean bathroom, walls, etc.
