The wife and I have been there multiple times over the last few years. Most recently this past weekend. Love the location, love the view, love the hot tub in the room. Staff is amazingly friendly. Unfortunately, as each year passes, so does the quality of the hotel. Room is simply not as clean as one would expect. Dishware/glasses were stuck to the bottom of the cupboard! Ran out of hot water the evening of Saturday and still had none by Sunday morning. Parking is very limited when the hotel is full. TV signal is hit and miss (not sure if it's satellite but there were zero clouds out anyway). Wifi was hit and miss also. While I'd love to give this place a higher score, I simply can't. We'll just have to find another place to stay if we return to the area...

Nicely located right across the street from shopping outlets. Room on second floor had a jacuzzi, a fridge, stove, equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, pots etc...) Nice view to the mountain in front which will be nice in winter I assume (must go back in feb/march). Walking distance from Rue Principale, all the shops and nice cozy sunday morning relaxed walk, after we ate a pancake which I don t recommend by the way. This hotel has a complimentary basic breakfast downstairs - coffee, tea, banana, orange, yogourt, bread with a toaster, jam and peanut butter. orange juice.
Since you have a kitchen, this is a plus only. I suggest going to S. Bourassa for anything you like, bring it back to your room and cook up a storm. That place is incredible. Tons of refined cheeses, lovely fresh vegerables, breads, beers, wines, anything you find in a market but better.
Room was good size , would definitely recommend to friends.

I give it 4 stars ..becuase LOCATION! its in a great spot, the outlets are right across from it...also you get some disconnects at some restaurants if you stay here...... the room was not bad was cozy and clean with a jacuzzi and a nice kitchenette...the breakfast included was just "okay" ...a toaster was not really working...coffee was not that great..tasted more like instant coffee....there were some bagels, toast...peanut butter...jam...cereal..yogurt...and fruit: banana... I would return because of the location and because the rooms have a kitchenette you can make your own breakfast..or lunches..
