Le Relais St-Denis

A bit dated but part of the charm. Outside heated pool is correct but large hot tub is great in the winter. Would be great to have outside 110 V standard electric plugs to charge EVs if one brought extension cords.

I absolutely love this hotel. With amazing views, comfortable rooms, great roomservice and a built in spa. I come here regularly, the rooms always include everything we need for maximum comfort. I also LOVE the heated pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna

We stayed for 2 nights for work. Upon arrival, we noticed that the room had a huge ant infestation, called the front desk that offered us to change rooms. room was dirty, full of ants, dried urine stains in bathroom wall. stained lampshade and couch. we travel allot for work so i have stayed in many hotels and honestly this one takes the cake in terms of general grossness. Hallway had chips on the floor for 2 full days, they were still there when we checked out !

Terrible experience unfortunately… while the area was nice and the rooms were cozy, the service was very limited. No breakfast service and they only recommend you to dine at their partner restaurants that are pretty pricey! Parking lot only had 6 spots available 2 of which are reserved for handicapped people.nnWhile that wasn’t so bad, what made the experience terrible was the incident that took place and their complete lack of action to take care of the situation. On Dec. 23rd a family had reserved several rooms down the hall on the first floor. From 11pm to the early hours of the morning they kept the door open and were laughing out loudly, screaming and make a bunch of noise with complete disregard to the guests around. Several guests went to this family to ask them to keep quiet, including myself that calmly asked they keep the door shut out of respect for those who wanted to sleep. They continued on with their partying and a guest even threatened to call the cops yet still no respect was given, this resulted in a massive dispute in which I finally got involved telling them that their lack of respect towards others lead to this. They then told us they come every year and that they are friends of the owners, I told them I didn’t care because they didn’t pay for my room or others so if they didn’t keep it quiet we were gonna call the cops since it appeared the hotel wasn’t going to intervene. They were about 30-40 feet away, no way they didn’t hear the fighting. They finally went back to their rooms and kept quiet.nnI would never recommend this hotel to anyone and especially not during the holidays for 210$/night! I work in hospitality and this was TERRIBLE hospitality!

Quiet hotel located close to all amenities. Rooms are clean though a bit dated. The washroom was mostly okay however the toilet had some stains probably metal residue and seemed unpleasant to look at. Rooms have microwaves, cutlery, toaster oven and refrigerators which are great to have.nnThe property can use much better lighting as it is very dark and it’s hard to walk. Decent experience overall but better hotels are probably available. A water bottle filling station is a pleasant surprise
