The Polar Bears Club is absolutely beautiful as it’s close to a very calming river and the natural surroundings are quite relaxing. This would have to be one of the most beautiful spas I have ever been and with their discount going on right now it’s definitely a must do! Highly recommended! The only reason I am giving four instead of five stars is that their quantity for their meals is a little small but as expected as spas encourage physical wellness. Also, the service was slightly slow but the waiter was very nice. A great place to go for couples or if you simply need a day to relax and unwind.

Multiple saunas, hot tubs, and relaxation areas to truly enjoy yourself. Highly recommend getting into the river for a nice cold bath shock! The property is certainly beautiful. They are so stingy with the towels and robes here, it’s takes away from the experience. First off, they aren’t great towels/robes but fine, it’s hard to wash & prepare plush towels. 1 robe rental is $12CAD. Just the additional charge for this is annoying. Moving in between saunas, hot tubs, and the river stuff starts to get wet and there’s no easy spot to just get a new towel. The locker rooms are bare minimum. It’s surprising for how fancy the rest of the place is. If you are late due to traffic for the massage, you lose out of the massage time. Go earlier! 4 stars, I recommend going for sure. Maybe bring your own 2 towels/robe and of course slippers.

Wonderful place to decompress. We booked a duo spouse spa and access to the bath. The whole experience was excellent. Staffs are gracious. Very clean place. Hot tubs are spread around the area. If you dare to dunk into the river, there is an available corner for you. The only thing that I noticed is that there’s not much variety of spa you can choose from, there is only the hot spa and steam spa. You can always have lunch or dine at their own bistro. Overall our visit was fantastic and we will come back again.

Great place to spend the day and relax. The place is well maintained but my personal highlight would be the bistro that I found amazing. The salmon tatar was just so fresh and well balanced with everything else on the plate. The cheese board portions were amazing as well and the chef was super nice. I think the bistro had superior food than most restaurant and the prices were more than reasonable! A must try if you spend the day there!

We are regular nordic spa goers and this place is top notch. The staff is friendly and efficient and they and working hard to keep the premises clean and to ensure everything is running smoothly. We had a couples massage scheduled at 11:30 but we arrived ar 10:30 to enjoy the baths. After the massage which was outstanding, we had lunch and coffee at the bistro. We then enjoyed the baths for the rest of the afternoon but the place got crowded so in retrospect it would probably be better to book the massage in the afternoon to have a quieter time at the baths. Access to the bath is included with the massage so this a really good deal.

Great gateway to just relax an unwind! There are many hot pools and cold pools so you can move around quite often. I loved that there are relaxing chairs in front of the river to just relax and read a book. This place is big so you can really spend a whole day there!

Easily one of the best outdoors spa not too far from Mtl i have been to. A very lovely blend of solo and couple's vibes, would defitnetly recommend and come back during the fall and winter :

it's such a nice place honestly ! 5 hot bath, 2 cold ones plus the access to river, 2 dey sauna and one steam room. A nice restaurant plus many rooms for relaxing. However they have a strict policy on not using ur phone and not talking which makes it hard when you go at more than two !

Relaxing spa for a day trip or evening. I went in the evening 6-9pm, and it was the perfect amount of time. Lots of spaces to hang out and relax. The sauna closer to the entrance was my favourite.

Beautiful spa in the middle of mountains and nature. Staff are friendly and hospitable. We'll definitely be back!
