Received stay at this hotel as a wedding gift. Hotel was a former motel. It is still structured as such. The reception was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are outdated but comfortable. There was a kitchenette area available and had all basic needs. Washroom was renovated and clean. Option to have a real fire place lit or not which is great if you want the feeling of being up in the mountains. If you stay at Complexe, you will be entitled to discounts at near by spas.

Bon prix (spécial 85$), chambre propre et cuisine offerte ( frigo congélateur et côté frais, grille-pain, micro-onde , cafetière, ustensiles,, verres, bols, assiettes, chaudière, poêle, liquide à vaisselle, ...) Connection wifi 3.5/5 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

(English below) On nous a donné la chambre 34 (demi-sous-sol), c'était la seule chambre libre. Si c'est tout ce qui reste, allez ailleurs. Le tank d'eau chaude est à l'arrière d'une porte vis-à-vis le lit. Si quelqu'un part son bain-tourbillon durant la nuit, vous allez vous réveiller en sursaut, le bruit est assez intense (selon le propriétaire par contre, c'est pas si pire). Quand on a dit au proprio qu'on était déçu, qu'on n'aurait dû nous aviser avant, il a blâmé ça sur les gens qui décident de partir le bain durant la nuit (on s'entend que si tu paies 115$ plus taxes pour ta chambre, tu devrais pouvoir partir ton bain quand ça te chante). Quelqu'un qui va dormir juste à côté d'un réservoir d'eau chaude bruyant doit en être avisé... Aucun pardon de la part du proprio, juste des réponses sèches et bêtes. If room 34 is the only one left, book elsewhere. You'll be sleeping right next to the hot water tank. If someone wants to use the jacuzzi during the night, you'll wake up. We weren't told prior, and when we shared our disappointment with the owner, he didn't apologize, just answered rudely.
