They advertised their groupn as A Nordik experinece under local deals so I mistakenly bought the groupon thinking it was the Nordik spa - an actual local spa. This one turns out to be 2 hours away. I tried to refund it but they wouldn't let me. When I email Bagni Spa about it customer service was flippant and indifferent. I won't be visiting the spa nor purchasing another groupon again.

Small and Cheap; you get exactly what you pay for. Pretty sweet for a half day or quick stop!

Never again me and my boyfriend went in, changed, met in main area and everything was broken, they had 1 small jacuzzi open so we left immediatly and was not refused a refund at least

Lovely spa with good facilities! New management has done some wonderful renovations. (Can't wait to come back to see more) We felt comfortable and relaxed in this place. 
Would recommend 100%.
