Manoir Saint-Sauveur

We loved this hotel! We got to benefit from the kids eat dinner for free promotion at the main restaurant. The food was delicious. The pool area is clean and inviting. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. My kids enjoyed playing in the kids club.nnOverall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

The hotel overall is nice with good conference fasilities. Their restaurant buffet is good too. Rooms are outdated but in good shape and clean. The only thing is that if you have to go between the main building and rooms it's quite a walk either through outside or through the parking lot.

This was a very impressive hotel. The pool was large and heated, and the area with the sauna and hot/cold water temperature was great. The room was large, modern, cozy and clean. The only issue was the glass elevators in the main building. They looked great, however their were times when they would simply be unresponsive, or go to the wrong floor. Beyond that, the Manoir St. Saveur was excellent.

My wife and I have made a point of going there a few times each summer for a relaxing stay while experiencing the pool, spa and massage. We enjoy our lunch there and later we take a walk to the main for supper and we leave the area very satisfied and happy. Little expensive for doing absolutely nothing but sometimes you have to splurge just for the pleasure of doing this.

I was staying at the resort between Aug 16 and 18. The experience was great overall, however, my recommendation is do not let them send the bills to your room if you order food or drinks at the pool.nnI order 1 drink for $18 and 2 lobster tacos for $40 after tax and tips, my total bills should be $68 but they charge $117 to my credit card. I called the resort they told me to leave a voice message for the billing department but no one call me back.nnI call back a second time in Aug 23rd, they picked up and couldn't tell me what I was charged for. They said they will make a note for a financial manager to call me back the next day since he wasn't there on Friday, but no call back as usual.nnI feel like I will not get my money back but I'd like to leave a message here so everyone knows about this situation.
