Née d'une idée germée dans la tête de Keith Kubeck, la réalisation d'un rêve d'enfant et d'une passion pour le travail du bois, le concept de CHIMO est simple : venir passer du temps dans la forêt, où les arbres se mettent disponible pour y dormir au chaud dans un refuge perché. Visiteurs, curieux et perdus, n'hésitez pas à nous visiter physiquement ou interactivement .

We had a lot of fun, however some informations where à bit of unclear on the website that i wish I had known sooner.n1. Yes, there is a shower same distance as the toiletsn2. Yes, The full equipped kitchen is real BUT IS IN A SEPARATE BUILDING. So if you want to cook in your own cabin you'll need pans and ustensiles.nnI really recommend it, its beautiful and cozy!
Absolutely loved my visit to this place. Will most definitely go again. Wonderful for kids; there is a playground with a sandboat sand box in a boat and obstacle courses and hiking... Just great. I would say that the washrooms are intensely hot and it seemed many people need to learn to flush mid number 2 to stop blocking the toilets. Also, the owner is a top-notch guy with the right attitude about many things. Low stress, simply living.
A gem. Just as much for the scenery, the cabins themselves and the common areas, as for the hosts who have built and run the place with sweat and love. We are very lucky to have had the opportunity to spend Christmas in this magical place where neither time, stress, or negativity may enter, and we hope that many people will be able to do the same. Future guests, please treat Tracy, Keith, Matt and Hanover and all others with utmost respect and friendliness because such fantastic people are very rare - chatting with them was a real treat. We will be back as often as we can!nP.S. We brought most of the Christmas decoration in the pictures, but thanks to Chimo's sleigh-valet service it was a breeze to personalize the already-cozy cabins now that you know, don't abuse it ; .
Loved the experience. My sister and I stayed in the shack. Great spot, comfy beds and the attention to detail was the added cherry on top. Everyone working there was so welcoming and friendly. It was a great way to get away and enjoy some quiet. Will definitely make this a yearly sister trip!! Thank you Tracy and Keith xo
We really enjoyed staying here. We were a family of 4 and stayed in the Sol cabin. Kids enjoyed the play park. Everything is furnished and the common area is great. Helpful staff who help you bring your stuff from your car to your cabin and help bring your items back at the end of your stay. Will definitely go again.
