New place. Clean, welcoming, bright decor. Yes, there are a few glitches, like the bathroom furniture has a mismatched item that interferes with the door. Also, sound seems to travel through the walls easier than I am used to. But for my stay, things worked out ok....

Customer service over the phone is horrible. This is a new hotel and you'd expect the people to have manners and know how to speak to customers. The agent speaking to me was not polite and the man who she transferred me to answered the phone as if he was talking to a friend. Step your game up. You guys just opened and already have me turned off from even booking with you.
