Friendly staff and great variety of equipment. The price is great too! I got the student 3 month deal because I go to university out of town and I'm only in Mississauga in the summer. Great price if you don't want to pay the initiation fees. 
The women's room could use a squat rack and a stair master though, not that I mind working in the main gym.

I went to work out December 8th and I am sure that I dropped my gym card in the parking lot. I did not realize it until I got home.  When I called planet workout to ask if anyone had turned my card in.  I got a young lady named Sharon on the phone.  She went out to the parking lot and looked for my card in the snow. Unfortunately, she did not find the card because cars were parked in my spot.   I am so impressed by her effort and kindness.  I recommend this gym to everyone  because of the amazing people that work there and go out of their way to help their members.

Super friendly staff, it's a great gym to get in, work out, work hard, sweat and get out. Not a high maintenance gym, but gets the job done if you know what to do, had a great experience I will be returning :)

I love this gym. Great environment to workout. The only annoying thing is the basketball court is -100 degrees. And the best part $11.30/month after taxes

Ask you to pay online then have no record of payment!!!!?!?!? And get this, not only that, but they deny ever saying that you have to pay online for classes, but they send you the link?!?! 

Who is up voting this place? And how does a gym with a perennially broken chest press machine get a 4 star review?!? 

Massively terrible customer service as a final kick in the a** on the way out the door.
