Very clean, welcoming place. Lots of machines around to use, There seems to be a very high staff turnover, I never recognize the people working! They are always very pleasant though, although I would recommend always having at least one person working on the floor - the stations are constantly running out of paper towel! As well, I have a couple more suggestions, these more directed at other members: When you’re finished at a machine, pick up the towel you used to clean it. Don’t leave it on the floor like a jerk. Nobody else wants to deal with your garbage. And while we’re at it, don’t play stupid and not clean the equipment you’re on. That’s gross. The ‘Express’ area is designed for people who want to follow a routine and then move on. That means do your reps, and MOVE ON to the next machine. Express does not mean you park it at one machine for 15 minutes, and spend another ten minutes playing on your phone. You mess up others’ routines and you’re hogging the equipment. Go out into the weight room if you want to spend all your time doing leg curls. Ranting aside, I’ve been very pleased with this gym, for both the amenities and the value. Keep up the good work and you will keep getting renewed memberships. 😊

Great place to work out. It's especially clean and very much affordable! But the downside to this gym is the staff. They can be quite rude and clearly lack the training they need. I came in here with a friend on Friday night and asked to take a look around the gym for some time to think about a membership. The staff looked very unimpressed and gave off a "yeah sure go ahead and do what you want, just get out of my face" attitude. After coming to a decision to get a membership, they took almost an hour just to register us. Overall, awesome place to work out at, but staff needs a bit more work.

Very clean and open 24/7. Planet Fitness is a minimal gym but they really have enough equipment for a great work out. The staff is friendly day and night. They have water massage chairs and tanning beds for black card members. They have $10 or $20 per month memberships which is a great deal!

The gym is great but it’s obvious they employ younger staff I.e. high school students who have absolutely no clue as to what they’re doing or how to speak to people. The managers are great, and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Serious improvements need to be made in terms of proper customer service training as having to deal with immature staff members will push gym members away!

I've been to many gyms before and planet fitness is the only gym that really made me feel welcome. They have the BEST staff/managers ever. They are always keeping the gym and equipment clean and tidy.
