Planet Fitness is very good and clean for the price you pay. I have the Black Card membership for $30 per month, and it’s great that you can bring a friend anytime. The gym is usually not crowded, always clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.nnThe only downside is the parking lot. I’ve had a couple of issues there, and unfortunately, there are a lot of hit-and-run situations. I recommend parking a bit farther from the gym to be safe.
Recently got a membership here after been going to goodlife for almost 4 yrs. I can confidently say that if you dont care for money stick with GL. But for $15 +HST a month is really good for what they have to offer at this location.nnIm very impressed with the equipment they provide and they have even removed the lunk alarm.nnEquipment I enjoy: Plate loaded hipthrust. Flat plate loaded chest press. 3 FREE-WEIGHT squat racks. I was shocked to find that at a Planet Fitness.nnUnfortunately they dont have a chest supported tbar row which i would love.nnThey have plenty of machines and theyre good for the most part. I just personally think some of them have a weird resistance profile that im not accustomed to.nnDumbbells only go up to 75.nnChange rooms are usually not kept to the highest standard which is common with these cheaper gyms.nnAll things considered, you can get a great workout in for this price point.
Every other day atleast one machine is out of order what kind of bullshit equipments you have moreover where is the maintenance. Start charging more but atleast maintain the freakin gym. Its a everyday story. Please work on these small things.
Great gym! Nice layout, new machines, very spacious, lots of paper towel dispensers, and there is staff consistently cleaning the place and refilling the spray bottles. Friendly staff at the front desk. Would highly recommend this gym. The only negative is that they don't offer annual memberships, only month to month.
It's a great location. Compared to other gyms I have been to in the area, it's relatively less crowded. The place is clean, bathrooms in particular. Staff is super nice as well. I would recommend it.nnEdit :They replaced all the gym equipment. It's a brand new gym now with so many new ones. 9/10 Now. 9 for bad musicnnAlso canceled my black card membership recently as I don't use it and it was so easy. Only took like 5 mins. Staff is really supportive.
