Element CrossFit

Although I have only been a member since May 2016 Element gets two big thumbs up! The coaches are knowledgeable and the atmosphere Element provides is something all gyms should strive for. After a long day of work I look forward to letting go all of my stress that I have accumulated throughout the day and getting in a good workout. I cannot recommend this place enough. 2018 Update: Element is still the best gym in the world. The best people in the world go here. The best coaches coach here. FACT.

Updated March 5, 2018: Element CrossFit is a great place to work out! The coaches are excellent - they are always encouraging and will spot your form to ensure that you perform all the exercises properly and in a safe manner. There is never pressure to do more than you feel comfortable with, and members are encouraged to scale workouts to reap the highest benefits of the workout (based on ability and your energy level on that specific day). A friendly and welcoming environment, and a great community! I have been a member since March 2014, and hope to continue there for many years to come!

I have been a member here for over 4 years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The coaches, atmosphere, programming and other members are second to none. If you are looking to get into the best shape of your life in a fun supportive environment come in and check this place out.

Element is an Amazing space filled with the most positive people. It's a home away from home. The place you go to grow, create life long friendships and connections. Everyone is so encouraging and eager to help you grow, both in and outside of the gym. Would never trade this experience for anything!!!

Amazing CrossFit box....and community. Yes - you can go for an awesome workout that can be scaled for ANYBODY, but if you really embrace the culture, you’ll never look at exercise the same. The coaches, people and sense of community you feel at this place becomes addictive and make it easy for you to fully jump in to Crossfit in a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
