The room was large. AC is quiet and cold. Clean room, but the maid service is every second day. The bathroom ventilation system is loud. The refrigerator in the room is actually acting as a freezer. The carton of milk was solidly frozen in the morning. No, you ca not set the temperature. The breakfast area is too small for all guests. Breakfast is good, coffee is very good. I think rooms with odd numbers are quieter. With the Hilton app you should be able to select the room and get a virtual key. I downloaded the app, selected the room and at the check-in found out I just wasted my time. I got a different room and a plastic, not so virtual key. Anyway, overall it was a good stay.
We stayed for my son's 7th Birthday and they decorated the room in a way that made him feel so special. They went so far above and beyond to ensure he felt special! We loved everything about our stay. The pool was amazing and great for kids. Breakfast was great and location is incredible! I will be back! Thank you so much for the personal touches!
Spacious room with a unique layout.nnVery clean and comfortable. Quiet except for one random angry possibly sports related exclamation we heard from a room while walking to ours.nnNice selection of breakfast that seems to run later than other places we've stayed which is appreciated.nnParking lot was very slippery and a bit tight, but we felt safe parking in the back lot which was properly lighted.nnStaff were very professional, understanding and flexible.nnWould definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, my experience fell short of the expectations I had for your establishment.nnFirstly, upon providing my credit card information at the front desk, I discovered that my credit card had been compromised shortly after. This is deeply concerning and raises questions about the security measures in place at your hotel.nnFurthermore, despite requesting a later check-in time, I was not fully accommodated. This lack of flexibility was inconvenient and added unnecessary stress to my arrival.nnAdditionally, I was surprised to be informed by the manager that I would be charged $75 per dog for my two pets, rather than per room as is customary in many pet-friendly hotels. This policy was not clearly communicated during the booking process and resulted in unexpected expenses.nnDespite expressing my concerns to the manager, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told that I could seek accommodation elsewhere if I was not satisfied. This response was unacceptable and did not address my grievances in a satisfactory manner.nnAs a valued guest, I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed and rectified. I trust that you will take appropriate action to investigate these matters and implement measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.nnI look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter and hope that we can reach a resolution that is mutually satisfactory.nnSincerely,
Excellent hotel experience. Was initially concerned due to its location next to the highway and being a pet friendly hotel. However the hotel rooms are spotless. No pet hair, no weird smell, appears to be newly remodeled with everything in great condition.nnThe location was excellent, close to First Markham place, walkable to Costco and many great restaurants!nnWe got a king bed room and it was very spacious. Although close to major streets, the rooms were quiet with no traffic sounds. I also felt safe parking in the parking lot, which was an important factor for me.nnFinally, their breakfast had good variety. Dining area was nice and clean. And they have a nice heated pool, great for the kids.nnSpecial shout out to their employees. Everyone working there were very professional and friendly. We are especially appreciative of Shradha and Neet. They always greeted you with a smile at the front desk. Shradha was super nice to my kid to the point my kid would go to the front desk just to see her.nnOverall a great stay, and would definitely make this our go to spot for Toronto visits.
