Stayed for one night, arrived just before 10. There wasn't anyone at the reception desk, and no way to contact them to notify them someone was waiting at the desk. The wait wasn't long before they were back. We booked a standard king bed, the room was spacious. Room and linens were clean. The plugs on the left side of the bed didn't seem to grip our chargers, so they were unusable. The lamps were lovely, however due to the size of our phone chargers we couldn't fit the chargers there and had to utilize the wall outlets on the other side of the room.nnThere was ample hand soap, body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Everything smelled nice. The TV did swivel so we could watch from bed.nnThe beds were very comfortable, pillows were very soft and you would sink in. And extra pillows and linens in the closet for the pull out couch.nnThe included breakfast had many options, plain omelet, sausage, potatoes, cereals, juices, bread, bagels, fruit, coffee, hot chocolate and a make your own minni waffle section. It was an overall good stay.
The entrance to the parking is a bit difficult to figure out at first as it does not come off the main strip. The service is great and the rooms were nice and clean. Hopefully they will get their lobby renovation done soon as the current situation for breakfast is too crowded
The room is big, but the point is we are facing outside and the curtain cannot be closed. And we don't have a unfortunately. Since there's renovation at the lobby, the breakfast area is smaller. The breakfast they provide so far is ok. The pool is with warmer but the water is still a bit cold. And be careful of the water adjustment.
I spent two weeks there, paying $150 per night with a deal. They made a mistake because we needed one more day. It was optional, so we took the option. They told us it was guaranteed we would have rooms not to worry, we would get a place and didn't need to book. But when the time came that we needed one more night, they charged us $558 for one night. I asked why they charged this excessive price; they said it was because they had no rooms left. We are back here for work, but personally, I will not be returning. No respect.
Overall 2.5/5 stars. The front desk was helpful in answering my questions and the rooms are reasonably clean but that's where it stops. Keep in mind there is currently construction going on there on the 7th floor which I was assured would not bother me in the room on The 5th floor, yet early in the morning I was woken up by loud bangs and electric saws from what sounded like was happening in the room right behind me. Not to mention the staff working on the floors doing housekeeping in the neighbouring rooms don't have any respect for the guests, they work extremely loudly, slamming doors and letting their equipment hit the ground. Trying to sleep or get a bit of rest before 9pm is practically impossible with the amount of noise. The soundproofing in these rooms is an absolute joke. Forgot my phone wall adapter charger at home so all I had was a USB cable. The only USB port I could find in the entire room was dead and not working. 1 of the thermostat buttons weren't even working either. These rooms aren't very modern.
